I went to the website you told me, and I did a speed check. The results were: download = 0.23mb/s upload = 0.12mb/s and ping is 80ms.

I currently seeing horrible, slow downloading from my computer. When I download things, it goes at a rate of around 25 MB. Is there a way to increase the speed?

There are 2 places I recommend training with your stats. 1. The Stronghold of Security and fight the level 50 giant spiders. These are easy to kill but it can get crowded at times. 2. The Stronghold of Player Safety, and fight the cockroach soldiers that are found around the area. You should melee them because their range attacks are quite strong and accurate. Hope this helps!

I believe that the locked accounts stay locked unless Jagex mails you (in-game) that is unlocked. If you don't want to wait for it to be unlocked, you could try to recover a locked account in which case if you are successful in doing so, Jagex will automatically unlock it. However, they must accept your "recover locked account" application just like if you were to appeal to a ban and/or mute.

I believe you have to at least start Fremminek Isles to get to yaks. If not talk to the people at the docks at Rellekka, and ask to go to Neitiznot I believe.

Are you sure? I think different pets and familiars should go in their respective habitats and homes.

Banshees are one of the best places to go because they are easy to kill. They also drop herbs that are 1k and higher.

I wouldn't want the F2P items to degrade because they are already in P2P. So there is no use in not degrading them. But for the P2P items, I think the prices may be little too high as there is weapons that are slightly better than it at a lower price.

By binding to talismans do you mean making the normal tiaras into talisman that you bind them to? For example, binding a body talisman to a normal tiara to make a body tiara.

If it was based on GE prices, then they would have to pick every day if it would be based on Lowest price, Market price, or Max price. It might be too much effort for Jagex to change every item's price for Items Kept on Death.

There's probably no way to stop them from spamming but to add them to your ignore list. Life is already hard as it is, so just put them to your ignore list. Hope this helps :P

Short bow because it's quite faster and you usually don't have to range other enemies from a quite far distance, so a longbow isn't needed. Plus, longbows are not stronger than a short bow, however if so happen to desperately want to use a long bow, I would recommend a willow composite bow.

Try training on monsters in varrock sewers north of the eastern bank. If you don't like this method of training I prefer training on monsters in the stronghold of security. It's quite common for people to train their stats there because of the wide variety of monsters.
