You cannot set up duels on behalf of other people, let alone pks. The Graveyard forum does not exist as your hunting ground to have others fight your battles--this is why the wilderness carries an inherent risk for all who enter. Would he even have enough tokens by the time he burns through his cash pile for a chaotic? He's going from 75-85, and even if he gets a person at 1mil per floor, will 50 floors at 2k tokens doesn't seem like it would be enough. Might be wrong, but it just kind of seems like a waste of cash.

If people need help, they can post an individual topic. Judging by the rate of activity in that thread, it will not hurt if we see 1-4 topics a months about finding a partner. H&A is very fast-paced.

I need to get 96 summoning and I also need 99 magic, soon. Is it still worthwhile to burst rock lobs? Or are there better alternatives to achieve the same goal? Is it more worthwhile to bundle my need for magic exp with summoning, or another skill like smithing?

I don't quite want to pay out for mithril platebodies, despite those tempting exp rates. My question is what would be some better alternatives? I need to raise my smithing from 81 to 86. I've got the scroll of efficiency. I can't complete SC games fast enough to make obtaining hammers worth it. Should I do addy arrowtips?
