  1. Max hit calc seems to be working for me.
  2. He already took my santa hat, I'm afraid there's not much I can do at this point.
  3. Someone did it for me shortly after posting this: Thanks Killerred and thank you Wyvern.
  4. So is it at all possible if any could put a santa hat on the cat in my avatar?
  5. [hide=Progression of Thought]>Oh, and 30 more slots of bank space for members! Yes, go on! >Improvement Projects (free and members) GO ON! >Toolbelt GIVE ME MORE >Money Pouch / At its core, the money pouch is like an additional and free inventory slot for coins. You can use your pouch to store up to 2.1 billion GP and, in MOST situations, coins picked up are added directly to your money pouch OH MAN >12 Days of Christmas Awesomeeee.[/hide] On the whole, I'm very excited for this month. Sadly most of it isn't for the main chunk of content--the new Rouge's Den--but I'm still remaining optimistic for that one. But come on, with so many other amazing little things, it's really hard not to be happy.
  6. I'm sorry, but this does belong in Help and Advice, as there's nothing of discussion value here but to give advice to you.
  7. They do, they've just gone PC-first, as they should. Quite the opposite, consoles should get priority. They don't have access to the modding community that Bethesda depends on to fix their mistakes, which results in ridiculously long wait-times for playability.
  8. You do know they're cutting the recharge cost as well as the slash defense of the new ganodermic stuff right?
  9. It's not wise to continually compare things to Ocarina of Time, because it's an unrealistic ideal.
  10. "- Due to popular demand, we have added a number of high-quality audio files from Dominion Tower and One Piercing Note to the downloads page." HOORAY! *goes to the download page* Wait, where are they >_>''
  11. Yup, I did, whoops. Moved to RS Media.
  12. A medallion is certainly top notch and worth having, but it really isn't necessary. If you have a house with an altar and a canafis portal, you can tab, quickly recharge pray, go to canafis, and tele to the barrows area. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you use the medallion to teleport at canafis, you won't lose a charge, meaning you're less likely to be stuck having to hoof it from wherever you are to the hole in Burgh De Rott.
  13. It takes less skill to do GWD than to do TDs or Glacors. The last two require you to be on the ball so you can prayer - and - gear switch effectively. If that level of detail to you isn't fun, wait before you say "adios, glacors/tds". Try to do it, and keep trying to improve your switching. If you just can't get the hang of it, or you need a break, do a few GWD trips in between. You'll have a hard time solo'ing at GWD though. Dying at GWD is also far more riskier than TDs or Glacors, both of which offer fast trips to get to your gravestone where GWD has so many pre-requisites that if you didn't get blessed, you're looking at a huge loss.
  14. Anything where you need either an edge or to meet the skills of higher-level competitors to get a decent kill count. Probably your next step at this point would be to get a chaotic, if you wanted to do anything to increase your kills per hour.
  15. Moved to RS Media.
  16. In a perfect world filled with rational-thinking people, yes. But if that held true, then an entire community focused around Runescape wouldn't have been shunned and dealt a damaging blow because of the 14-yr old mistakes of the distant site owner.
  17. Then they shouldn't have stopped bots should they? Yeah, they were hurting people, but Jagex shouldn't be responsible for it because they can't control what people do. If they can stop it, they should. And in this case, the could and did. I don't see any problem here, unless you were a 'legit dicer' who was basically having money given to him for nothing.
  18. Travelling to the UK from where I live would be over 1000 euros, if I'm lucky. The argument goes both ways. I don't see how that gives more weight for one than the other.
  19. Two years ago there wasn't even a convention. I would hardly say that the location is set in stone. Yes, overall players are probably going to say London, but it's not as outrageous as some people are making it out to be to envision at least one year in the states. I think it would be quite outrageous as a waste if budget. Jagex wasting a large chunk of cash on flying like half the runescape team over to the USA + hotel costs is kinda outrageous in my book; I mean UK london they can commute cambridge > london and all their runefest props are this side of the pond so again massive chunk of cash on shipping or on buying all new props. Plus all precedent of gaming conventions is the country the game comes from is where the official convention happens; so it would be borderline outrageous (or atleast unusual) in that respect. You yourself mentioned the vast difference in population. Whatever 'waste' you see in the budget can easily be made up for in the drastically increased volume of attendants. And who honestly cares about precedence in this case? They're constantly breaking it. The argument you're making can easily be turned on its head because the majority of their players don't come from the UK alone.

  21. Dad bought me Skyrim via Amazon. Shipped and got here today via USPS. They started packaging it in really flimsy cases instead of the slightly more firm xbox clamshell, plus the thin and flimsy boxes amazon uses to ship single-item media like CD's and video games and...well, when I opened the box, the cd looked more like multiple pizza slices. Thanks Amazon, stay classy.
