Not a guarantee though, and possibly not even a comprehensive list. I don't know of a list of promised updates. We might get seasons tomorrow, which means I can say byebye to the Quandry pack if this is true.

Do you have any quests in progress that might hinder your access to the Necro Tower? Off hand I can't think of anything, but if you're absolutely certain you can't get in and you're trying the right tower, that's the only other thing I can think of. Be sure you're opening your world map, locating the necro tower, and marking the map as to where it is. Then, you just follow the arrow to there to be positive.

Jagex is always working on stopping bots, whether their methodology be effective or not, and having fluctuating numbers is to be expected. Beyond that, who cares? They're working on bots, we still see them, they're still affecting people by simply distressing them/hurting the collecting etc.

The GE changed how I played completely. No longer did I need to hoard, but everything could be bought and sold at a drop of a hat. My bank swelled, my cashpile grew fat with flipping, and overall I enjoyed my gaming experience a lot more. However, I never merched in the old style religiously. That was a huge hit to most people. But I do think, considering how easy and low-maintenance it is to flip things, that the average person is better off and the above-average can milk the system to their full advantage.

Go Panda!" in 1972. http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/review/panda-go-panda, but it's hard to get an affordable copy and it's only available in VHS (that I've seen.) You can get it used on Amazon but I can't imagine how trustworthy a used VHS might be. Does she like red pandas as well? Link1.
