Still shoot and run yes. Having 58 summoning or a lot of money to blow on purple sweets is still necessary since the AI change. They are, at worst, 65k per hour. At best (piety+void and salve+pray spot) they are 100k per hour. They also do have a fairly good red and blue charm droprate and you'll average about 100k gp per trip if you pick up stackables and ranarrs. This spot is unlocked after starting Defender of Varrock. That's good! Defender of Varrock is very short. It only takes about 40 minutes, less with a guide. WGS takes a bit longer, maybe an hour or two, with a guide. Still, it's worth it to unlock TD's. You might struggle because of your stats but you can always duo with someone on LS/CS.

I disagree, when using both Salve(e) and void I notice significantly higher hits than without using them both together. There's sufficient evidence (not only by myself, but by another. search for the first Armored Zombies 100k per hour killing guide in the AoW) that they do stack. Void and salve (e) if you don't have the money, max strength bonus with Bandos/salve(e)/zerker/etc if you do. That's my recommendation.

Unfortunately GWD is still the best "Get Rich Quick" option out there. Your other alternative would be a place like Dag Kings, which is more constant money, but far less of it in the long run. TD's can be profitable very quickly however if you get lucky and get some claws drops. With your stats I'm not sure if you could get to Tormented Demons. They have to be unlocked after completing the "While Guthix Sleeps" quest, and that quest in itself has a LOT of requirements. If you're curious as to whether or not you could do that quest, go to your quest tab, turn off the filter, scroll down to "While Guthix Sleeps" and click on it. It'll tell you what you still need to complete. Honestly, even if you don't like GWD, money doesn't seem to be an option to you. You've got more than a "nest egg" to start playing again without much trouble, give it a shot ^^

4 hours a month? that's not very much lol Smaller clans don't always have events every other day like Corruption, THE, et al do. Doesn't make him any less dedicated. ^^

Or we could do what Warhammer does and allow armor to be dyed for a small fee. Then everyone would be tired of seeing people in red, because red looked like dragon, or black because everyone tried to be a ninja, or etc. Dyed armor isn't all it's cracked up to be. Try Conquer Online for example--all the twice-reborn (Runescape's maxed with full vesta, fury, whip, zerker, etc) accounts look exactly the same.

Having customizable armor for each of Jagex's paying customers would take up a HUGE chunk of memory. Too much. If they weren't willing to sacrifice the memory for personally customized spell lists, why would they do this? Yes, armor is boring. It does get dull. So does fighting in the same spot, going to the same spot, doing the same thing. There's only so many things they can make customizable.

A little ticked that the BYE round went to CR, when it should've gone to someone who could clearly advance to the next round, like Divine Forces. Round two has a lot more certain-death matches, it's a little disheartening. All in all though, it's shaping up to be an interesting outcome. I'm curious to see how far DI gets. I lol'd when they matched up Australian Army with Runescape Elites though. GMT+10 vs GMT+2, when CL is in the listings. GG.

I'd tithe some of it off into Manage Thy Kingdom, put your resources in raw fish and coal, then continue merching with the rest. Save up for that SGS, it's a good investment plus you can loan it out. ^^

I'd say I average about 30k-45k per hour using the CoG spell. Drop ratess of each...Hum. I don't have an x/100 rate for you, but I do know that when I camp their with a bunyip, guthans, a ring of wealth, and claws of guthix, I never leave empty handed.

I personally love clans. They're the reason I've played runescape so long. Without them, I would have quit 4 years ago. They provide enormous entertainment, fun challenges, and a good community. I've made more close friends in the clan world in one year than I ever did in 2 years of solo playing on RS. To me? Yes, they're really that good. Yes, they're worth it. I dedicate about 4-8 hours a month to clan for events, wars, and PKs; anything else is voluntary and willingly given. I think you would like the clan world and the experiences it could offer. I think, for you, it would be worth it if you could find your "niche." It'd take some trial and error, but I really think you'd enjoy yourself and enrich your gaming experience in a P2P-based clan :)

Rollbacks would be impossible to do now. There's just been too much time since the bug started to be exploited (approx 2 weeks ago) and when Andrew took action. I think Mod Mat K left his solution pretty open-ended. I don't think expulsion from the Jagex Cup will be the only punishment enforced with this. We've seen more severe punishments with the Penguin Points glitch, which was arguably less influential on all of runescape than this scenario. At least, that's what I hope. They realize that clans were the main abusers and unfortunately, it just so happened to coincide with when they tried to build up their own Clan-centre community. Let's hope they don't chicken out.

NI is certainly a pain. I'm sure though if you asked around a clan would be more than happy to anticrash your fights in the future though ^^ Shame it was crashed. Better luck next time, right? :) Be happy, many clans are scared of pvp for that reason!

What effect will this have on the larger clans? They'll see a temporary hit in their memberlist...but it won't stay for long. The larger clans usually have a steady stream of applicants. Can it change the top 5? In the short run? It's unlikely, but possible. In the long run? No, not really. Just look at VR. They had a huge hit of members perm banned for some offense or another a year or more ago...and yet now they're one of the top clans. Why do they risk getting banned? Simple human greed. :3

I would've hoped to see some snipits from their quests! It's a little dated though--you can see gnomecopters in it. Still, it captures how well-done high detail is though.
