TDS
I would think that the lack of defense would be more harmful than helpful but I've seen some people do it and I haven't been to TD's since they've changed... Best of luck getting help!

April 8th 2009 - Easter 2009
I'm still having a hard time forcing myself to do this holiday quest... What good is a 2h Carrot :3

Good Friday = Bad Friday!!
Hoo boy, you got lucky! It's a good thing there's no RWT options available to people anymore. . .

What kind of clan member are you?
Whatever is necessary at the time in question. I'm happiest when I'm leading, however.

Weekly Poll: most anticipated RuneScape holiday event?
Halloween! I love it when the Grim Reaper makes his appearance after every death. '-'

Some 'blogger' parent thinks RS makes kids fat
I was tempted to stop reading when she mentioned ravenous typing, but I persevered. Then she mentioned Encyclopedia Dramatica. I nearly lost it. When she said 'brain stamp,' however, I gave up. Whatever the rest of the article holds, it's not worth subjecting myself to. It seems the epidemic of idiocy is still at large, with no hope of ceasing. Though I guess it's a blessing that she's ignorant of her disease, or I suppose she'd blog about that too.

Just wondering.
I think we always try to be fair & if they don't want full outs we can do matched. And imho in a warring list the strongest clan should be #1. Even in matched ops you would have the major advantages of level's and proberly experience because u can pick ur best members. Then request a level cap or a handicap if you find yourself the weaker team to put yourself on even grounds. At what point do the excuses stop?
-
Just wondering.
In a matched opts, the playing field is as equal as you're going to get. Because stronger clans are a minority, there will never be the same amount of opponents available to them as there are to clans around, let's say for example, PK Masters' size. They're going to have to declare on some weaker clans. And if they're going to do so, why would they declare on people ranked BELOW them, when they can get more points declaring on people ranked ABOVE them? These people ranked in the top 10 are supposed to be, in theory, active AND strong warring clans. If you're declining because they're stronger than you, that's doing you and the entire TWR a disservice. You're perpetuating an inaccurate list.
-
Just wondering.
Meh, decebal, fair point. That's a bit of a landslide. But in that case you wouldn't declare a fullout when you're SO brutally outleveled, would you? The rules are out there to be flexible for clans with power/number/level disadvantages. You can get both sides to agree to level ranges, player caps, pkris, etc. I don't know why people don't use these rules to their advantages when facing an unrealistic challenge. I dunno. I am new to this whole TWR concept. But that's my understanding of it.

HP defeats TEH
With a memberlist of 131 members I would have thought TEH would have pulled more...O_o Congrats HP.

WG vs Knights of Order 1.5 hour PVP PKRI
Wow, impressive pull! :) Ending opts were very close, it's good to see both clans stuck it out til the end. Grats on your victory.

SE defeats TBE - Jagex Cup
Can't really fight a turnout like that. 62 to 39. You could've dedicated an entire 23 man snipe unit and just absolutely decimated them XD Still, that shouldn't take away from your victory. Congratulations on your impressive pull and your solid win! Did jagex mention an expected day for when the second round list will be posted?

Just wondering.
True, losing is bad for morale. But so is not warring. I'd take a few well-fought losses to absolute stagnation. If a clan is that worried about the status and morale of their clan, perhaps an active warring list is not the best situation to place yourself in at that time. Lists like this, you have to be prepared to fight and take the good with the bad, I think.

[TWR] RT cleaned TDMWL
Bit of bad luck that TDM forgot to request no FA/Trials. Otherwise, I think this fight wouldn't have been so onesided. Still, RT was still the clear statistical winner. I think that's pretty clear from the levels and your turnout. Poor TDM always seems to have someone DC :( Better luck next time, guys.
-
Just wondering.
People don't understand that the TWR is about victories AND activity. Really, declining a war only hurts you and your clans points. It's better to fight for a half hour and lose than completely reject a fight for a bullcrap reason. That's my two pence anyway.

technical difficulties uploading runescape.
Sounds like there's an issue with Java if anything. After restarting your machine and the problem still persists, there's no harm in uninstalling and reinstalling java on your machine. I'm no expert though.

Broad-Tipped Bolts...
It depends on the type of metallic dragon you're out to kill! For irons and steels, broads will usually do the trick. If you're hunting mithril dragons, however, a mix of diamond and ruby bolts (enchanted of course!) works the best.

6th April 2009 - Windows downloadable client
If it's still built off of IE and not Chrome, it's not worth using.

A RuneScape Magazine - Your Thoughts?
I couldn't see a magazine ever taking off, mainly because there are so many established fan sites and forums that post more articles that are more interesting to read than a monthly magazine could EVER hope to push out. And you don't pay to read a website! Maybe a "webzine" that updates weekly. Even that's a bit iffy, as I said, because fansites have already built themselves a firm niche. In the end, runescape is to simple to have a published magazine for it. At least, that's how I feel. Kudos to you for designing a magazine cover. That looks truly legit!

Getting the Most out of runescape daily/weekly.
Stealing Creation no longer gives mage exp. It's not really a good place for exp because of this, unless you're accumulating pts to turn into tools.

How to get charms for a summoning tank?
AFK at Soul Wars games, hope your team wins. Change them in for charms. Or you could train your theiving to get charms from the Dorgeshuun treasure chest.

Can anyone tell me why fire is the cheapest rune in RS?
Runecrafting is not the only supply of Fire Runes. As others have mentioned, they're the most dropped item from slayer monsters, usually in the highest quality. So they're cheap because of supply vs demand.

2nd April 2009 - Duel Cards & Postbag From The Hedge
Dunno why people are going crazy. At least they're not actually publishing Trading Cards. They're just fun little printout things. I still lol'd though.

Rest: Predictions (New pics added)
Mod Ash said they've temporarily removed it, since it had no use. I will try to find the QFC of him saying it.

1 April 2009 - Glorious Memories
Another thing I found interesting about that quest is in that Yeti cave, you'll find a scrap of paper that is a warning note, of sorts. However, it has two crossed out words-- "Feind" and "Us." Sounded a bit like, "Find us" imo. '-' Gago, after you completed the quest, did any of them drop yeti hair again? Perhaps it's like Mort'ton...even though that Diamond Root is extinct according to Asleif. Ah well. I enjoyed this quest. ^^
