I can't seem to find the pages that you're referencing. Could you possibly post up a link to where the wrong information is so I can find it?

It appears that the item "relic" was some sort of merge between the relic pieces from the watchtower quest and the relic from the temple at sintennin quest. As far as I can tell it doesn't exist so I've removed it. The ogre relic remains unchanged though. Thanks for pointing this out!

Could you possibly provide a screenshot of the drop from when you got it so we can verify it?

Having spent a lot of time in the RSOF tech support forum I'm fairly sure that this is a Jagex problem. All I can say is bug report it and wait for a fix. <_<
