  1. *points to 6x Water incentive* I can't get members because my parents won't let me. That's the only reason really. Aww, too bad. I remember first days of my membership. First new thing I bought was a granite maul, which was....either 50k or 150k at the time, I forget. Memories, memories.
  2. I don't get impatient with it that much. In fact, Runecrafting is currently my favorite skill. Running back and forth of a bank... other skills are like that too. Crafting, Smithing, and Cooking, just to name a few. I guess people do not like the slow exp rates of Runecrafting then. It's alright in P2P when you can get 40k or so xp per hour with not so profitable methods (ZMI and binded runes), but then you reach 90s where you need hundreds of thousands of xp and you realize, holy crap, this is gonna be painful.
  3. I can't stand Firemaking. Like, at all. I only hit level 60 today, for my goal of all stats 60+. I'd have Construction too, but I ran out of cash.
  4. Don't do Pest Control purely for xp. It's kinda terribly xp/hour. Instead, buy Range (And melee helm too, if you wish) void set. One of the best sets in the game, and it's technically free, before counting in things like opportunity cost.
  5. Gold ammies sell for max because of the String Jewelry spell on the Lunar spellbook. It's like leveling mage, fletching style.
  6. B2P tabs are only useful for the tanking method.
  7. Well, Zamorak book would be better, I reckon.
  8. I've had a drop from fire giants like.....a week and something ago.

    Because Rocktails/Cavefish = Monkfish. Yes. :-P
  10. Awesome guide. Used the rune method to do some Barrows today. Far cheaper than my previous methods. No good loot, though. :(
  11. 73, actually. 80 is for the gold deposits. 77 actually, 73 is for the living rock remains... lol :P Well, blimey, you're right.
  12. Good luck on your goals. Leveling prayer in F2P, *shudder*.
  13. 73, actually. 80 is for the gold deposits.
  14. KBD you could easily solo, I did it a few times myself. Nothing special on the equipment front. For you, I suppose range is appropriate, so, basic Black D'hide with Helm of Neit/Archer Helm, snakeskin/ranger boots, rune c'bow, anti*fire shield, Ruby (E) bolts for first half of the health and Diamond (E) for the second. Or you could use Diamond (E) throughout. Alternatively, you could use Void, but I haven't tested that yet. I brought x2 antifires, x3 prayer pots, a super set (without defense), a one click teleport, and rest food as melee, so substitute super pots with ranging pots.. Also bring a Terrorbird and give him x10 food, x1 prayer pot and x1 antifire pot. Then there's Giant Mole, Tip.it guide explains it all, really. No experience with other bosses, though.
  15. Article 3: RuneScape, hardcore? HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. HAHA. HA. ........ Ahem. But really, it's nowhere near hardcore, it only takes a minute to compare to some "hardcore" MMOs to see why. To name a few, EVE online, Darkfall, pre-update Ultima Online. Runescape is fun, but not a competitor in that niche.
  16. Which is already loltastically low.
  17. I haven't tried Duradel, but Sumona gives A LOT of cannonable tasks, like trolls or Dagannoths and such.
  18. Green dragons are easy. They're level 83, and you will not need ANY pray or antifire pots. None. There are a few spots to use for them: Chaos Tunnels, which I have no experience with. Far western Wilderness, too far away from bank and no safespots, not worth it. Spot east of Clan Wars. This is the most popular spot. You'll need: Your armor/weapon, of course. Use the best you can, in your case I assume it's rune, Helm of Neit/Fremmenik helm, d long/scimmy and whatever assorted other stuff. Abby whip is of course the best way to deal with greens, but I doubt you have that. You'll also need some Game Necklaces and food. I usually use Tuna/Lobsters, although at your stats Swordies/Monks might just be better. I usually take around 5-10 pieces of food. As for the Necklaces, you use them to teleport to Clan Wars, run east to the dragon spot, fill your inventory with goodies (Most prominent being Dragonhides, dragon bones, and occasional clue scrolls.) and then teleport to Wilderness Volcano. Bank, and repeat.
  19. Any news on the guide? I'm quite interested in Zamorak/Bandos sections.
  20. Still no problems on my end.

Well, I use Monkfish personally, they cost about 600 something each cooked, and heal 16hp. I use Guthan's set, however, so I rarely need food.
  22. Eh, I'm still grinding the damn Pest Control points as usual.
  23. They also magically appeared in the Toy Box in Costume Room in POH. I never attended the events.
  24. Thanks for the anwser. Yes, indeed, I have killed over 200 Aviansies right now. However, I'll probably buy at least a Sara item. Goddamn, are those guys in the middile of GWD annoying. 60+ in all levels, eh. well, I suppose I should raise my RC level, at least. Hmm. I think I'll actually do that. Thanks. Gotcha.
  25. Article 3: OMG ZOMBIES, RUN! :ohnoes: Article 1: Good article. Jagex has indeed started communicating with the community more this year. I've played for a few years now, and this is definitely one of more welcome changes.
