Is there any more info you could share on them? Mainly keldigrim. (sp?) For keldi I use the north spot, thats unlocked after the latest dwarf quest. Bring the best mining familiar you have, varrock armor 2+ if you have it, and the rest of your invent open. It might be worth it to invest in a D pick, and 83 summ for a lava titan. Pretty simple, bank in keldigram bank a few squares away, and repeat. If your in a low spawn world or get lucky you'll have time to mine one or two addy ores in between the 8 gold ores spawning.

try firegiants or hellhounds with guthans.

kyatt iron, gem rocks, or gold ore/addy ore in keldi are my favorites.

I get heated over it because PvP is a major part of my RS playstyle, and I think this (the OP's suggestion) would do the opposite of help. Your ideas decent although it would mess with PvM. It wouldnt make zerker pures overpowered because if they are in void they risk their whip. The low def of their armor and their stats balances out the power they gain so nothing is imbalanced. risking a whip isnt as much risk as you seem to think. Most zerker pures I know (actually the only one I know well is lvl 56 n00b and hes not zerker anymore), have no problem with risking a whip. It helps them more then say a range tank because their armor has low defense to begin with. Lol famous people with vids are generally rich compared to 95% of other players in their category. I don't get what your second statement is saying. Range has much less def bonus than meleers. not generally. Also most higher level pkers can make 2m+ per hour and have 100m+ banks. If your tanking right in ranged, you should have higher defense bonuses then a meleer with comparable risk. DFS+T legs+T helm+black d'hide body beats rune+whip+defender hands down. EDIT: 56 is famous?

we dont need more government regulations on what we can eat in schools. We need parents to show there kids health choices, and kids to have self control. More PE would definitely help though.

What exactly do you mean lol. The amount of damage you would do is halved? I think that any non spear weapon's damage is halved or something like that, not sure if it's actually like that though. From a video I saw of two people duoing with LBS, I think there were no hits above 25 or something (before damage update), but they should easily have hit 30+ at least once I'd say, if it's only weakness was actually stab instead of spears on stab. Also, I believe somebody tried a chaotic longsword at FFA corp and got no kills in 2 hours or something. Not sure if that was true, just what I was told, but something to consider and perhaps look into if you're interested. Yeah, damage is reduced with non-spear weapons. Even hastas don't work. Because you suck and didn't read the title of this thread. Actually its because the combat triangle is fairly balanced now. Sure, its still not equilateral but its at least a 45 45 90 now. Also void wouldn't help mage at all, as if you value your time at over 1m per hour, which most high levels do, ah is better and less risk. And as I posted earlier, this doesn't really help, as people already pk with void, and it cuts down your accuracy and defense significantly. Void allows superior switching capabilities = more damage and the opponent has less time to prepare. Dangerous pvp is about KO potential, not defence. And you think the combat triangle is balanced? Your stupid. The minigame reward arcane stream necklace has made magic godlike in safe and balanced in dangerous. (If you can get 70 in the new minigame without exploding <_< ) Range has gained nothing from this update and will continue to be underpowered in safe and dangerous pvp until something is done. I don't see how switching capabilities is relevant to this thread, as it is about each individual element, not hybriding. Also good luck KOing someone when your constantly getting comboed by there whip... The new "minigame" isn't that bad, and while 70 takes awhile it will be fun because its not just grinding. They also said they'd add range rewards with dungeoneering pack 2, so just wait. As I already stated, void is NOT the solution and even if it was, Jagex would not add a solution like this. Its relevant to this thread because this thread is about dangerous pvp. I don't see how you can get comboed by a whip if you are hybriding void.... The new minigame is that bad. Ofc Jagex wouldn't add a solution like this, because those sad meleers on RSOF would rant about how they arn't gods of pking anymore, they actually have to use skill to win. Range is the worst at this by far and needs a fix and has needed a fix for a while now. exactly, you dont 1v1 in void. It has no defense. All I can see this update doing, is making zerker pures even more powerful.

If you wish to be picky, then paying for membership is money for pixels. Because paying $5 through the internet is comparable to $75 + travel costs, and adding that going to Cambridge is only feasable for both adults and those living in the UK(or northwest Europe (like 5% of rs players?). I agree, it would be more fair if they hosted separate events in like Berlin/Frankfort, Sydney, LA, and New York/DC at the same time.

From my understanding, the idea is that let's say you get muted once, and you appeal it. Okay, we all make mistakes at one point or another, slipups, whatever you want to call it, have bad days, etc. Two times? Well, okay, I guess it happens, but you should have a better understanding of the rule by now. Then eventually, happenstance loses its viability. What I'm trying to say is at one point, even though offenses expire, you get blackmarks for rules that you've been in trouble with enough, and Jagex doesn't let you appeal them because you should know by then how to not break said rule. Every time you break the rule, Jagex gives you less leniency in appealing it. Your totaled offenses might not lead to a permanent mute, but it's safe to say by now that you didn't break the rule unintentionally.
