Not too sure on the rune pl8 as its bad def and no pray bonus. U should try and borrow a bcp or use verac bassard. Also u mite want to use dfs for some def bonus. 1) 100 dia bolts should be enough for jad with ava. However i find sometimes after being hit by the 360s i would use ranged till my spec recovers for ee or use ss on others. 2) That method seems fine also u should try and replace ardy cape for soul wars cape as it has better prayer bonus.
