There are plants in Brimhaven you can pick to get them. I wouldn't bother picking them unless you're actually running in that area with extra space in your inventory.

The selling fee would greatly diminish flipping, so I'm not in favor with that. You also stated that quicker bossing adds wealth into the game, which is also untrue. It adds items, not gold. I do like the coffin idea, at least it would give a bit more of a penalty to death.

This has been happening to me too when I try to hop worlds(incidentally, also on SK). Restarting swiftkit works, but it's a hassle, I agree.
