If you want to keep the slayer helms nice boosts, take around 6 waterskins, and just pick up the many waterskin drops you'll get. Without a unicorn you'll really want the tiara or waterskins to combat the desert. Also casting humidify works on waterskins, so that could be a reasonable way to last there if you dont mind that awkwardness. (4 waterskins and runes for humidy shouldnt sacrifice too many spaces) So long as you pay attention and dont get hit by the special, bunyip should be fine for general healing. You could use enhanced excalibur for more emergency healing (as it were)

^However zamorak probably isnt feasible either, unless you got someone outside of your group to tank for you. being comboed with one of krils hits through prayer (consistently >450) and a minions hit (200ish) could spell a one-hit KO on you very easily (and I get hit like that pretty commonly when I tank him too) Find someone else to tank, and then zamorak would probably be fine for you, warriors (non-tanks) take hardly any damage there

Ok, so I tank zamorak a lot in the first of the setups below, and it works great. (Emphasise mage defence, pray melee) However I got thinking, and figured out the second setup, whereby using the defender allows you to offset armadyls negative bonuses, and gain higher accuracy. Problems are: -Mage defence is still fine, similar to what I used to have with the first setup with a bss, and that was always great. -Slight losses to the melee defence aren't much of a problem, kril's hiting through prayer attack has 100% accuracy when it happens, and minion is fairly weak. -Biggest problem is the quite major loss to range defence, and I'm wondering if the boosted accuracy would be worth this loss So, in what cases would the second setup most likely beat the first? I usually do 2-man to 4-man zamorak, and quite unsure whether I should make the switch or not. Finally, we do zamorak for fun, I'm well aware the drops aren't fantastic. Doing it til we eventually hilt ;) Tried the alternative tanking setup (emphasise melee defence and pray mage) and I just ended up spamming through brews.

Zaros didn't actually participate in the godwars, so its fairly unlikely there would be a zaros godsword. However, if we were to gain some sort of ZGS/Other Zarosian Weapons, I'd like to see a special along the lines of the current miasmic spells, altering your opponents attackrate

I wouldn't recommend ROL for tanking, especially since your risk should be fairly low anyway Theres lots of times that you can be hit to under 10% LP and recover from it fine (since you'l be able to food-brew due to food drops too) Also absentmindedly re-overloading while in the 500-600 hp range can also activate it (which ive quite stupidly done a few times before) It'd be a pain to ROL out of there by accident and leave your teammate in a sticky situation that you could've avoided, also KC can be gotten fast enough to return to a grave if death actually does happen (an if your teammate gets a bless in then you really have nothing to worry about with getting back in time) Go for Zerker, RoW or explorers ring (if you arent yak banking the high alchs are nice, plus a slight prayer bonus with no risk)

First time bandosing in ages, went trio with Ezkaton and Kandy and I think I took some luck with me.. Pretty amazingly long trip! (Y)

So, training my diy'er today and I'm thinking about getting members on him soon, after I've finished all the f2p quests. So its just Dragon slayer and arrav to go. Would you consider doing the shield of arrav quest to be non-diy or not? Im completely unsure on this one S:

I can't speak for savage 2, but minecraft should run perfectly well, it does with no problems on my Corei3 4Gb RAM Dell Studio, so I dont see any reason why it shouldnt be better on yours as for graphics cards, since basically allll laptops come with the annoying integrated ones, I dont think theres any great way of knowing before you buy it/test it. One little note, my brother bought a pretty good laptop a year back (dell inspiron) with the usual 4Gb ram, and quad processor, but the graphics card wouldnt even do anti-aliasing. Maybe look up how good acers tend to be performance-wise in general? Should give a good idea of what you can expect

Continuing on my goal of a 99 a month for this whole year, I give you, 99 summoning! Currently having lots of fun with my steel titan but no dragon egg yet :( [spoiler=99 Summoning (03/03/11)] So, that bonus xp weekend happened! The sum total of my efforts for the weekend being this: 2:30 of thieving at plunder and then the rest of my bonus wasted messing about with ezkaton :P no worries though, didnt care for bxp too much anyway. Hooray Efficiency! Which I guess brings me onto the most important thing, Ezkaton (Ian) came up to stay for the weekend! :D:D Had a great time doing general messing about, night out (haven't drunk so much in agggess..) and general nerding on rune ending with zamorak trip, because whynot? :D Also gonna keep at it til we get that hilt.. [spoiler=Scary people inside! Beware! D:] Ok thats genuinely creepy. Had to do it after flash-fail though. I'd say train theiving since you can always use the horn if you want for fm. Supposedly blackjacking would be best for your level, though it depends how relaxed you want your training to be Personally, I'm also going to be training theiving, I cant stand it normally and the bxp weekend is a perfect excuse to knock 91 out of the way, something I've wanted for ages You could always just grab your 4 theiving levels fast at the start (they'll fly by with the 2.7x multiplier) and then firemake the rest of the time. Be sure to give your theiving method a test run tonight though if you're a bit rusty on it

Ian, me and kie told you like 50 times about the cat thing in cc xD take him to the guy after the ratcatchers quest (Felkrash in the rat pits) to turn the cat wily :) and yeah, stewing really isn't that bad tbh, you'll have the boost in no time

The general thing seems to be something along the lines of: Extremes/Unicorn/Chaotic/Turm/Yak/Ovl I think anyway. But you really just wanna go for whichever you think will benefit you soonest, imo chaotic is probably the most important thing to get asap Also remember to use every bit of quest xp (Wgs/BRD/Nomads) and diary xp you can get your hands on, so if you're gonna skill, whynot try to finish diaries for little xp bonuses to pray/herb
