Got my first two job interviews this week, very excited :D Today is a day of wrapping up lots of little things before holiday tomorrow, a week in the lake district should be nice :)

I'd highly recommend it, I tried the same on my more powerful laptop that was dying anyway and the fps jump I got was amazing, a good 20fps on max detail to around 40. Also I've taken a leaf out of your book for my laptop RS, changing the size of the gaming window really helps when you're stuck for space :P Thanks :) I haven't updated the first post in what seems like forever and while it was a nice challenge I do regret it now :P rushing for max was never a good idea really :P Probably is, once you're back in business I'm sure we can sort things out :D I really there isn't a grace period on comp/max cape tbh, if you're not maxed you're not maxed :P Also gwyn I approve of your new avatar/sig, I still haven't got around to seeing tangled but I hear good things. In other news, I got a call today about ANOTHER job interview :D people want me yayyyy

Thanks :) Yeah it feels great to be getting somewhere, specially with girlfriend just having found a good full time job I'm especially eager to get there myself and get on with life :P Just bought torva since it's got a bit cheaper (even though I have hardly any use for it) and tried a DG. My eyes keep jumping to the top-right to check my map even though it isn't there anymore and same for hp/prayer :P Edit: Playing around on brothers computer to try find a nice setup: I'm still not used to looking at action bar for hp and such so its going where I can't possibly miss it. So, a little update. My interest in RS is seriously bottoming out recently. Between not having my own computer, being maxed and little-no activity in clan, there really isn't much going on. Diyer is getting boring too since its just got to the point where I need to grind mining for rotm and thats about it. eh. Hopefully divination should be the trigger to get me properly interested again. I wiped our naff laptop and re-installed windows on that so at least I have lowest graphics RS working at a decent fps, but that's about it. More interestingly in RL I have got my first job interview woo :D At an insurance underwriters which could be a very nice start indeed. Only problem is its like an hour/hour and a half drive away, but hey I guess that gives me a reason to finally move out :P Still its great to get that first interview, must mean I'm doing something right and I'll get a job eventually :P In other news what else, erm, ACNL is awesome, Pikmin 3 is awesome, both as expected though :P Been dieting for the past two months and dropped about 19 pounds so that's good too. Off on holiday this weekend to the lakes for a week with no internet access whatsoever :(( Should be a nice week jumping up and down in the country but I think I've underestimated how much I'll miss the internet. Consider my blog revived even though there isn't much RS stuff but I'll try :D

Saw despicable me 2 a few weeks back, loved the first one and the second did not disappoint :D The Worlds End was a lot of fun, a few problems with plot perhaps but overall a great watch. I still prefer hot fuzz though

Grabbed Earthbound off the WiiU store and I'm loving it so far :) it's just so charming, and the humor is spot on

For the first one simply reload your custom setup when you get in game, I've had the same problem. Second one check your world map and see if you can cancel the marker there, failing that set a new marker for something else and see if going to that clears it

You do have a whole 4 weeks to get the tier 1 rewards though so its not like there's any rush to get it done.

Multiplier falls as you collect more, to limit the amount you can collect per day. Should reset at 12 bst

It's a shame how many issues Jagex get with instance worlds given how useful they are. Either way, I'm really pleased with the BoL content and the progression of it over 8 weeks is great.

Wouldn't worry about it too much since its perfectly normal. When I learnt that Jodie (high school/college gf/4 year relationship) started dating one of y best friends a few weeks after we broke up I was sick most mornings for 2 weeks or so. I wouldn't concern yourself with being the one to end it or not, that seems more of a high school worry and you're better than that. Even if you stay together over the next year or so at uni this problem will come around again and it doesn't seem that she would be stable long term. You've got to ask yourself is it worth it to sit through that another year and get your heart broken, or end things now and move on with your life.

Used NIS for the first time in a while today and I'm really impressed with what it can do. Sure it has glitches and lots of issues ans some things could be better, but it's atleast promising. As for HTML5.. well.. It can look lovely at times, but the anti-aliasing just does not work well at all. I'm happy with how it all looks aside from that, aside from the probably thousands of bugs. Again that could partially be blamed on the low numbers of people testing it, perhaps in a few weeks once they're both properly out we'll see the real improvements.

Has anyone tried playing around with this yet? It says "certain weapons"....so does that mean I can use momentum with royal bolts with my ccb/runecb combo now or is it restricted to unique (read:useless/obscure) weapons? And if that's the case, does it count as rune bolts for both or just the offhand's ammo? Quest was ok, rewards are pretty crappy though. Kinda expected more out of the familiars, and bacon is just annoying to deal with due to that stacking. Will say that I like the pie, a +5 to farm/summ is pretty nice. Too bad I already leveled enough to be able to use stranger plant/garden pie for anything I need now. Stev said using Ascension crossbow and OH chaotic crossbow nerfed the t90 ammo to t80. So I assume in your case it would nerf the lot to rune bolts.

I dont remember copying anyone with it tbh :P Though I do like ambs static gloves with it, they look much nicer than spell casters. Might switch those out if there's a must-get amulet/weapon for me to keepsake too :)

Hottest weather we've had in a while today (26 degrees) and I'm not a big fan :P Been catching up on website work and painting our fence :) We made the rather foolish decision of replacing the old fence without painting the panels, so I'm having to wade through lots of plants to paint it now its the middle of summer :P Its a good job done anyway.

I'd been with my high school girlfriend for around three years before the move to university forced us to try a LDR. I wouldn't say the relationship was ever a great one past the first year or so, but I guess we stayed together so long from fear of being alone, as often people do. Either way, six months into the LDR we split up. Saw each other every second week or so and we are only an hour or two away from each other, but it really depends on your personality. Back then I was rather irrational and prone to jealousy and jumped to lots of conclusions, ultimately ending the relationship. I'd always thought I'd spend the rest of my life with her, but university changed both our personalities surprisingly quickly. Fast forward three years to the present and I'm currently in an LDR with a girl I met around six months after that ended and its worked just fine for us every step of the way :) it really depends on personality and maturity of the people involved, and looking back I definitely wasn't mature enough to handle it back then. The only thing that worries me about a continual LDR is taking the next step (when the time feels right) since that is certainly more difficult, especially if both people involved are holding down jobs 2-3 hours apart. Moving your life for a person is a massive ask regardless of the strength of relationship. Either way that's perhaps food for thought, or me just rambling. I've never really posted here much or detailed my situation before :P
