  1. The wall's personal army of grenade launcher-armed chipmunks launches a counterstrike. 46 HP

  3. Granted. It is replaced by constant heavy snowstorms. I wish Excl would make a new video.
  4. I give the wall a cup of tea 68 HP
  5. The person who made this video is a paying member. Exactly. And passionate about the game too unlike many of the "jagex haters" that regularly post here. I even met him at RuneFest but i doubt he remembers me :P Unless you were that incredibly hot chick with the magic cape, I probably can't remember you off the top of my head
  6. The title "MembershipScape", plays a big part in it. Despite being P2P myself, I made the video from a F2P player's point of view. I know P2P has had some great updates - fight kiln, dominion tower, etc. so it doesn't hugely impact us. But everyone starts out in F2P, and I wanted to say something on the free community's behalf as well. Years ago, people would actually play in F2P because it was a good game - look at F2P today, it's basically dead. I blame Jagex getting bought out by investors, who care more about making profit than actual gameplay. Say I was a new F2P player, I'd probably quit after less than a week. The F2P game is filled with these incentives to subscribe, and the quality of free gameplay is diminshing. I'd think "Ok the free game sucks and Jagex are basically begging us to buy membership... this game is dead." My point is, if they want to make more money, they should start making the free game good again. I was F2P for 2 years before I subscribed, because it was actually fun and enjoyable. And there are many different ways to encourage subscriptions rather than shoving it in [f2p players]' faces, I think it was last year they offered a "free trial" of P2P for a week during summer or something... that was a brilliant idea.

  12. I'm lying in bed and my cat comes into my room, jumps onto the bed, sits on top of me and falls asleep. At first I was like "...the hell?" but it's now become a regular thing.
  13. I remember the WG vs Gladz on 10/10/10 with our 2005 gear cap.. was awesome  Definitely a legend of the clan world. Look forward to hear from you guys for many more years to come :shades:
  14. Descendant Guardians are looking for fights. After our loss to Poison, we want to continue warring but with clans more on our level. Unfortunately small-sized clans are somewhat non-existant in the fighting scene. We don't hear much from the older but less successful clans, nor the new clans who lack a head start. Hence, we're making a public call-to-arms for any small/new clan who is willing to fight. I ask for responses from anyone who: - Would pull fairly low (between 5 and 20) - Has a fairly low combat average (90-110) - Are willing to war, even as just a one-off fight We'd ideally like: - A F2P full-out (non-returning) wilderness fight, or a PKRI with a cap of up to 30 minutes. - Saturdays and Sundays are our best days for fighting. - We're mostly EST-based with some GMTers, so 3-7 PM EST works well for us. - MBR - A few days' prep (5-7 days ideal, we'll consider more) But we are also happy to cater for: - Matched opts / miniwars, if you feel you'll pull too few - Multi-sides (2v2, 3v3, etc and so on - we can partner with WG, BlacKnights or a range of other clans) - Clan wars (however we treat CWA fights as "war practice", we consider the "real" fights to be in the wild) - Fun wars (bronze/iron/steel) - Themed wars (melee or range only, snowball fights, generic gear reqs, etc) I estimate we can pull 5-10 short-prep (1-4 days) and 15ish long-prep (5+ days). With our senior clan the Wilderness Guardians, those figures are about double. Contact Kez or Kung_Man149 (aka Koffin_Cat) in #wg_lobby (SwiftIRC) for arrangements. I know a lot of the small-sized clans aren't interested in PvP - I ask you to consider a one-off. Activity, experience, levels or numbers are not a problem when you war Descendant Guardians. If you think your clan can have a bit of fun in a PvP scenario, we'll cater for it.
  15. Well they are generally more expensive for women I think  right, I didn't think of that, I guess i'm lingering in the mentality that runescape people are mainly guys. sorry about that. I am male :P I suppose it was just London... and my hair being the length it was of course. Before: [hide][/hide] Hairdresser: "So how would you like it?" His Lordship: "Have you ever seen Prince Caspian?" Final result: [hide][/hide]
  16. In terms of RS, core count doesn't matter because RS will only use ONE core, no matter what. A 2.0GHz single core will be better than a 1.65 quad. My 2.8 desktop still struggles a bit with lag, and my 2.1 laptop (also with a HD Radeon) is even worse at times. Your graphics card is good, but that CPU will bring you down to about 2FPS. My advice is don't go for anything less than 3GHz.
  17. Ah yes, it's cause the banner overlaps it and it was difficult to click. I'll make a note of it to our forum tech :)
  18. Which clan had the best performance of 2011? I'd say Downfall, they've really come a long way. What was your favourite moment in your clan of 2011? Getting 99 attack with WG and Mod MMG at RuneFest 2011 Which clan has the most potential for 2012? I'd say Ascension, they know how to run things. Where do you see your clan in 2012? Breaking top 20 hopefully Where do you wish to see the clan world heading in 2012? Revival of honour should come right about now.
  19. http://www.wildernessguardians.com/dg/ This is my pride and joy. It took 9 solid days days to build, and the extent of my knowledge in coding. I honestly think it's the best website I've ever built. Feel free to take a look around, there are too many features to list. As always I'm open to constructive criticism and feedback. Hence I am also posting this on a few other fansites and forums. I'm looking for a range of thoughts and opinions from the clan world. What do you like about it? What don't you like? Does it need anything else added to it? Are there any glitches/bugs I haven't seen to yet? If you were/are clanless, what impression of the clan would/do you gain from it?
  20. Layer Cake - 5/5. Renewed my faith in Daniel Craig. Would definitely recommend. Final Destination 5 - I liked the twist on the end... but when you're watching a film of mindless gore and death, any sort of hint at a plot seems impressive. 2/5. In Time - Batman Begins meets Equilibrium. The one thing I am disappointed about is the cast... though some roles were played well, 3/5.
  21. Long (right): [hide][/hide] Short (third from left): [hide][/hide] I now have short hair but am happy to have it either way - I have no preference. As long as it's properly kept (e.g. split ends cut out), it looks fine to me. I know many guys who've even gone as far as to getting perms, which looks even better IMO.
