iGot DG our first PKRI - 05/10/2011 In memory of Steve Jobs - R.I.P. You know what really sucks? When your clan has their first PKRI EVER... ...and it's with a bunch of no-namers. Seriously, I don't know who the hell we fought. Oh well, at least I get to try out this K/D tracker thingy. [hide][/hide] So, we mass up with 7ish for our Wednesday PK. Heading out to F2P deep w57 *hoping* for some action. We ran into a team of about 10 or so just south of spiders. They outleveled and outnumbered us, but we fought like hell. Thing about fighting random teams is, one bad pile and they bail to mossies. After 10 minutes or so, one of their mages ran south and I knew they were going to hug single. I called a regroup at the pond so we could bring them back out. We headed straight east and took our ground just west of Red Dragon Isle. They tried to take us on, but we knew them too well by then. We hit them as they ran out, getting in some quick KOs just a few squares from single. They had about 13 to our 7 at this point, yet they were stuck sniping from single while we held multi. We quickly bailed East to corp and got a rest while we waited. Sure enough they came around, and the real fight started just north of Corp. DG were outnumbered almost 2 to 1, but we held our ground. They got in a few quick KOs, and at points we were down to 2-man piles. Even so, through a few epic switches and target choices, we made an epic comeback. DG members started returning faster, tanking harder and spamming higher. The fight lasted well over half an hour, and we held our ground against all the odds. This is where our KD even'ed out. Despite our amazing recovery, bad luck struck us. Two other groups intervened, one of about 5 120+ and the other of about 5 80-90s. It was around 5 vs 20 at this point, and I knew we had to pull out. After that we tried tracking the original team for another fight. Despite our amazing tracking skills of them not turning their private chats off, no luck. We hit some groups of level 80s and 90s, got a few solo kills, hit up shallow and called it a night. A huge thanks to everyone we fought for *mostly* clean fights. When the other groups showed up, I knew we had lost. Even so, I'm insanely proud of DG for tonight. Against all the odds, we stood our ground and put up one hell of a fight. We may not have had a true victory, but it's certainly been a night to remember. Our first PKRI ever, and it was AWESOME.

I've sent in a fair use dispute so it should be back up. So Envy & NBK challenge WG and DG to a 90 minute PKRI. A nice concept, but we had no chance of matching EK's 40-50. We did some shopping and got DF on our side with just 2 hours to go. EK STARTING: 129 WD STARTING: 105 Fighting commenced - EK having the numbers advantage of course. Thanks to DF's professional...everything...we put up a good fight though. I don't know how all this k/d crap works but it seemed pretty even to me. I personally had 1 kill & 2 deaths in the main fight. And then, as usual, the rest of the clan world showed up. VR crashed, followed by Brut, CD, Corr and PH. Envy, NBK, WG and DG all eventually decided to leave DF to their cluster. No one bothered to take ending on either side :lol: Well, thanks to Envy & NBK for giving us a clean fight at least. And of course, many thanks to DF for all their help and support :-D Oh and I got a kill: Cool, huh? :$

We started off with our 3-round CWA against Ancient Legion. Unfortunately DG's pull was pretty low, so we called WG in to help us. The proof that AL allowed us to bring WG is HERE WG pulled enough to match, so we started round 1. R1 Starting: 12-12 R1 Ending: 10-5 (the rest left the chat) AL, clearly not happy, demanded they fight only DG and no WG for R2. This meant they would go back on our original agreement. After much debate we ended up cutting our highest levels for a 7v7. Obviously they won. R2 Starting: 7-7 R2 Ending: 4-0 At least we fought to the last man. AL wanted the same rules for R3, for another easy win. I wasn't going to allow that, so brought the full force of WG and DG in. After all, I was playing by the rules we originally agreed on. AL proceeded to leave the chat pre-fight, effectively forefitting. With the fight handed to us, we picked off the few remaining AL and took victory. So we'd won the war... Raid time? Hearing *some* fight was on on w61, we hopped over. We killed some looters and randoms, and had a quick skirmish with Knights of Order. ^ Who still PKs with lobsters??? ^.- Oh, what's the best thing about a junior clan? YOU CAN KILL PURES :D Overall an AWESOME night out. Thanks to all the WG and DG that came, and everyone who gave us fights. ~~~~~ Final points to make on the DG vs AL fight: I put to test the mass technique I came up with at our last event. Needless to say it worked, I was shocked at the speed and quality of our switches. It was one of the most professionally-fought wars I've seen WG do. The transitions in R2 were equally epic - we were almost KOing people with a 5-man pile. I then proceeded to try out our spam... and, well... you can imagine :D Fight pics: [hide] [/hide]

Quit in 08 because every honourable clan with a good community appeared to be dead. I then found WG.

First rare I got was in 2007 - a Disk for 6m. I realised how useless it was and it took me two weeks to sell it at the same price. They're now almost 300m FML lol Also had a green mask at one point in 07 as well. A clanmate and I had a fun DM, and he risked the mask which I won. I took some screenshots and gave it back :P Atm all I have is my santa hat. I got it as a gift from a good friend of mine. Never going to get rid of it :D

You gear up for Bandos, get your sara brews and stuff out. When you're there, you drink a few doses when you start getting low. You soon realise your HP isn't going up. You check your inventory and realise you accidentally brought strength potions. Can we have a more definitive way of seeing what potions are? A great one would be to add a label on the vial for the skill it effects. Strength potions have the strength icon, sara/zammy brews have sara/zammy icons, etc. The tiers (normal/super/extreme) could remain colour-coded. Some other potion-related ideas: Give normal Attack and Defence potions to F2P. P2P already has supers/extremes, so they're almost never used. F2P is a bit underpowered anyway, so they could do with a "set". The red spider eggs/limpwurt root for str pots to the Apothecary was a cool idea. Maybe something like redberries (close enough to white berries) + ??? for the attack pot, And a draynor cabbage (boosts defence) + eye of newt (already f2p, and original ingredient) for the defence pot. Fix the antipoisons. Currently it goes: Anti < Super Anti < Anti+ < Anti++ Make it something like: Anti < Anti+ < Super Anti < Super Anti+ The current one is a tad bit confusing. That's all :)

I don't train with a controlled style, but I like to keep my stats even. Attack is always my highest, the rest are balanced.
