  1. I'm pretty sure the west bank in Falador is closer to the Dungeon then the House Portal. Nonetheless, scales are a good money if you manage to get to that level in agility. Oh, and btw, when people say Train Slayer, they don't mean camp at a monster that requires a slayer level, they mean to do Slayer Tasks.
  2. 2200 sounds about right. Paying full attention, I made about 2k pouches with one Kyatt.
  3. some numbers would help to answer the difference in levels. But as for your question...HP isn't really something to "Work on". Just work on your other combat stats, and let your HP go up with it.
  4. I didn't know it was possible to solo him that much in 1 trip... Sounds great to try out next time I get a black drag task... Thx for nice info lads! Just using a Unicorn, No tortoise. I can solo about 12 a trip, so it's more then possible. Having Black drags as a task makes the kills A LOT faster.
  5. You could always train slayer. Many of the tasks Slayer Masters assign have decent charm rates for at least one of the colors. There really aren't a lot of Low levels with stand out charm rates. You could always try things like Rock Crabs, or moss giants.
  6. Well, I've always been a fan of training Slayer for money. It probably isn't what you're looking for, as it isn't an Instant gratification type of money making. Farming Herbs is a decent money maker that requires very little work Collecting White Berries is easy and requires no specific skills to do, only problem is finding a world with no RWT bots in it You've got an OK Woodcutting level, Eucalyptus Logs are a pretty good tree to cut for money, as they're faster then Yews, rarely has people, and the bank is close by.
  7. Are you serious!? Do Super Anti's really make THAT huge of a difference? Using Piety + Melee Prayer + DFS, there's times when my Unicorn doesn't even keep up. How much do Super Antis block his Special breath attacks?
  8. I vote for controlled ;) Anyways, A good def armour would be something like Torag, you could also go for Guthans for it's healing effect to save on food. Black D hide is VERY cheap and great for Tasks that need Mage def, and obviously on for tasks that you might Range on. Buy a black mask, it's 15% boosts makes up for the defence lost easily. A Whip is IMO the best overall weapon, and easily affordable with your cash pile A Zamorakian Spear is The best for tasks that need Stab, and is about equal to the Saradomin Sword for tasks that need Crush (Spear has higher crush, SS has higher str) Buy some Super Atk and Str potions for any melee tasks you do, and range potions if you plan to range any tasks. Super defs are optional, I personally don't use them. Also buying some Prayer/Super restore potions (prayer are much cheaper) for any tasks you use prayer on. Have fun, Slayer is one of my favorite skills  Note: Why are people suggesting Verac's skirt so much? Torag and Dharok Legs have higher def and cost less a few hundred K less. Guthan skirt is less then half the price with better def as well.
  9. In terms of the normal XP rates for Runecrafting yes. Just keep in mind RC will still be slow xp, even with the XP weekend. If you want/need the RC levels, then do it. But if you really don't need it, and won't use it any further after the weekend, it might not be worth using the Increased XP on a stat you won't touch again later. So.. If you plan to RC more, and need the levels, do it. If this is about the only time you're going to RC in the next year, use the XP on a skill that you're actually going to use that A) Takes a long time to level, or B) Costs a lot to level.
  10. Farming level increases your Max Yield from a patch, doesn't mean the chance to get there increases. As stated above, expect 6-7 herbs per seed.
  11. I farmed 3.2k atm. So um don't post unless you're going to be helpful. As much as I like being helpfull, I see little use in repeating what others have already said.
  12. I'm fairy certain the Hexcrest is supposed to increas max hit as well. Have you compared the Hexcrest on monters that both require a Slayer Level, and those that don't?
  13. Good luck buying the unfinished potions. Unless you buy seeds, and farm then yourself, you won't be getting many any time soon
  14. my previous max using broad bolts in Kuradal's Dungeon was 44. On my task today there, I hit 445 (44.5)
  15. That's why. It's like those people you see trying to buy a teleport to another city, and by the time they buy it, they could have walked there and back 2 times.
  16. only thing I can add to the above lists is putting Tzhaar on the Mage tasks, in the area near the Furnace, there's 6 or 7 tzhaars you can group together and mage all at once.
  17. no, that's where I collect them from. It takes me longer to collect granite then toads.
  18. I've been training on controlled since my melee stats were 70 each. As already explained earlier, Controlled is generally a better method, as you get to constantly use the most efficient weapon on the game.
  19. under used? Any level 57 Summoner+ with a brain uses that, it's far from underused anywas, I plan to either do Herblore, or Summoning. I'm going to plant herbs and do slayer untill a few days prior, then look at which one I feel will be more beneficial
  20. Gop is good ^ Collecting white berries is good, especially with them being bought out. If you can't find a world that doesn't have those stupid RWT bots, just use a Foriegn server, they're almost never there. Snape Grass collecting is also decent if you've done the freminik diaries. Once you get some money, start buying dailies from shops (broad tip bolts from slayer masters, vials, battlestaffs), and some herb seeds, and start doing herb runs every hour or two. I also get most of my money from Slayer. So if you get enough for Slayer gear, I'd do that.
  21. That would take forever. I did 1 trip with a terrorbird and it seemed extremely slow. Your best bet would be to put up offers for other 2nds in GE and then trade them in for toads. After about a week you should have a good amount. Or you could just mine granite (~700/hr) and trade it in for toads...let the noobs and bots collect them  Wow, where were you collecting them at? With one terrorbird, I collect around 500 toads, which is about 800-900 toads an hour.....
  22. in over 5 years of playing, I've only ever gotten one champion scroll, and it was from a skeleton I killed on a random Barrows trip. To be honest, the champions challenge isn't anything special, I really don't get why there's such a hype about them, those imps are actually kind of annoying imo.
  23. just a thought...you could collect your own toads.
  24. go to your adventurer's log, right click the picture of your character, and click properties. Copy the URL section, paste it, and pit tags around it.
  25. no numbers :\
