Professional Firemaking - Do it your way! [New: Videos]
you make a fire...then click to the east of the fire you made, and light another...repeat untill you reach the steps, then just move one spot north or south, and light the rest the normal way. You end up one spot away from the bank...as well as starting one spot away.... Basically it's the same thing as what this guide says...but much easier to understand.

Misunderstood Monsters: Wyverns and more!
Just wondering...does the bandos mage spot still work? It'd be great if it does, because I'm looking to range most of my tasks now.

All charm question.
I don't think I'll ever find Gold and Green charms useless. Gold charms have the best gp/xp overall, and green pouches actually tend to sell back well, so you don't actually loose much money on them.

Dark Beast's Magic attack
well I'm using Kuradals Dungeon. So I can't cannon them. I'm trying them out right now, I find tanking their melee with a unicorn is working well enough. As for this, if you're the first to attack, they only use their magic atk once, the max they've hit using that is an 8 so far for me.

Dark beasts
I'm currently killing them with Slayer helm Bandos Chest Bandos Tassets D boots Fury Fire Cape Defender Whip I'm not using any prayers, and with a unicorn + Enchanced Excalibur, It's doing pretty well. They've had a few lucky string of hits, but they drop cooked shark often enough to deal with it, and you can also put prayer on to help your familiar catch up

Dark Beast's Magic attack
The way dark beasts work to my knowledge is if you fight them face to face, they only melee, but if you range/mage them from a distance they'll shoot mage at you. If I range them from a safe spot, their mage is the ONLY thing dammaging me. Is their mage attack too strong/accurate to be worth trying to tank it with a unicorn?

Dark Beast's Magic attack
Well, I just got my first Dark Beast task, and was just wondering how strong/accurate is the Magic atk on Dark beasts if I were to wear Armadyl. The reason I ask is because I'm trying to range as many tasks as I can, and If a Bunyip/Unicorn + Excalibur would be able to keep up with it's magic attack, that would be great.

Agility Help
Wilderness course is probably the fastest untill 70, then ape atoll. There are ways to get rid of the revenants at the course (assuming there aren't other players keeping them there)

Using a gs on kbd?
Go use prayer on an Iron dragon, and see how well you do. It's actually more common knowledge it DOESN'T work on Metal dragons and the KBD. It does work on the normal dragons (green-black)
-
Using a gs on kbd?
you should only use a 2 handed against the KBD if you have super anti-fires, and the weapon should be a Zammy Spear on stab. Magic protection DOES NOT help against the KBD's normal fire. The only dragons Protection from magic works on is Green, blue, red, and black. Not metals or KBD.

Post all RS Screenshots, Videos, and Sounds here!
Is it sad that this is my first ever whip drop....and I'm level 90 Slayer?

What would be worth buying, if either?
Living rocks have nearly no def anyways, it doesn't really matter what you use as long as it has a +60 atk bonus :P I personally like Bandos armour with a whip for Slayer training, but I wouldn't break your money pile just for that. I didn't buy Bandos untill I had 100m. Untill then, I just used Torag and Guthan.

ROW must be a placebo???
I think people need to realise that the ROW effects items like D med, D spears, and D Squares. Now, if we look at the prices of these items now, we would laugh at the idea of wearing a ring to slightly increase the chances of these items, because they aren't worth it. But people need to realise that when the ROW was made, these items ranged anywhere from 1m-4m. Does anyone else remember when the D med was 1m? The d Square was 3m? Back when the Ring was made, increasing the chances of such items was a good thing. Also note that back then, we didn't have any alternate rings like Warrior or Beserker rings to help is kill faster. People look at the prices now, and the other rings we have now, and just assume the ring is, and always was, a useless piece of junk. The ring of wealth ALWAYS worked, just not for the items people actually want now.

1 Def Pure Training
are you a member or f2p right now? If F2p, I would say Hill Giants, they're easy to hit, and you could sell the bones for some money. As a member, for str, something simple like Rock Crabs or Experiments. For range, as you level up, you can do bigger targets. at 50-61, moss giants would be decent, then get a rune cross bow and switch to Fire Giants or Green Dragons for money. There always the caged ogres too, which are good to throw knives at from level 60+

Professional Firemaking - Do it your way! [New: Videos]
Wow, that just makes firemaking so much more...complicated...what's wrong with the simple lighting 13 fires east, then 13 west at the GE? When I got 99 FM, I just did it that way, and burned around 1300 logs an hour. All this extra stuff just seems unnessisary..... However, it is rather interesting that you actually took the time to find out distances for when you could continuously light fires.... I'll give it a 5/10

Jagex asked me to be a player mod.
It's a new system they do for Modship, they actually send you something Via mail with like confirmation codes on it. One of my IRL friends did this.

<CLOSE PLEASE>
Bandos is only worth it if you have the money to do it. I didn't buy Bandos untill I had reached 100m. The way I looked at it, It's something that I REALLY wanted, but I didn't want to be broke after buying it.

Over my ears with goals
Green dragons wouldn't too bad at your level, but the competetion and need for food could be a bit much I'm a huge fan of Slayer myself, it's what I do the most. You might find a certain monster you like through slayer, like I find aberant spectres to be amazing profits, and not too hard to kill.

Living Rock Caverns
Living rock creatures are very weak, their max hits are only around 8 (at least the levl 120s are), most of the CB level is just HP. Also, they only attack you if you practically walk on top of them, they don't have a big agression range. Also, certain concentrated rocks are out of the way, or you can just stand on a certain side of them, and be nearly 100% safe. W84 is great as most of them are already destracted by other players. Most people take Guthans and an EE down there, if a rock gets lucky and starts hitting you to much, you can just heal on them.

Pouches to make, 79-88
Gold - Barker Toads Green - If you're like me and cut willow branches every farming run, Giant ents, otherwise Fruit Bats Crimson - If you have enough gold, green and blue to get to 85, Swamp Titans, other wise Granite lobsters untill then Blue - Try to get to 83 before using these, and make Lava Titans, Obby charms don't take too long to get.

Getting lvl 3 clues.
It's possible to have 3 dropped, you can only pick one of them up though.
-
Two Questions
Living rock creatures have a TON of hp, they drop green charms pretty well, and they drop noted ores and gems If you have 73 mining (I think it's 73...) You can mine them after you kill them to get living rock remains, which I strongly advise doing as that would be the most of your money from them.

Zerker Ring
I've always personally prefered the Warrior ring, as it makes you slightly more accurate. Both rings increase your killing speed a little bit, the difference is Warrior ring only works with slash, but is a lot cheaper.

A FAST way to get rid of black mask charges
I thought the charges only worked on Slayer tasks anyways :P

Hp xp...
I've never seen Hp as being a skills for focus on, just let it come while you train other things. Since you want to keep a 90, 90, 99 melee stat, what about trying some magic on monsters for a while? Work on raising two stats :)
