  1. I've actually had a really stupid doubler double my cash in one screen, if you can call him that... I guess he figured after his cash stack shrunk that he was doing it wrong... That's someone actually doing it legit if they did it in the trade screen.... It's quiet ass like to call someone stupid when they just helped you out.
  2. 1) From a pure xp, efficiency standpoint, black demons are one of the best tasks, so yes you should unblock them. Cannoning them in the Taverly dungeon is the best method to slaying them 2) Metal dragons are one of the slowest tasks xp wise. However, they aren't bad money compared to most tasks if you can bank the bones effectively. Personally, I like metal dragons 3) You should be able to survive with void if you're protecting from range and using a bunyip+scrolls and EE, or sgs. The +8 prayer will help you pray longer as well. 4) you should buy bandos after you've bought other important gear (like fury, berserker ring, d boots, fsh), and sell it when doing so can afford you extremes, buy it back after that when you can, then sell it again when it will be enough for turmoil, repeat the same for unicorn, iron, yak, steel, and ovl. 5) Extremes > Turmoil > Ovl. Turmoil is generally better, but costs a lot more then just getting extremes, you get more for your money out of ext. 6) Frosts is good money at almost any level. (obviously not any...but you know what I mean)
  3. or being able to check your floors anywhere.
  4. Done with this skill as far as being useful for anything (have construction for effigy)
  5. I think even zammy is more popular then saradomin now :P
  6. as opposed to 60 and 80% female?
  7. have you altered your gear at all?
  8. Um....duh?
  9. It should What are you trying to bind?
  10. It's still bug abuse, but I agree with you at the same time  Some of their mistakes are just too huge to not take advantage of....like the cannon in chaos tunnel, kuradals, gwd just a few days ago.
  11. my right index finger hurts from pyramid plunder.....and I still have 1.4 multiplier. I'll probably end up getting 94 and call it done, max dungeoneer thieving is all you need from that skill anyways,
  12. "doubling money" is ALWAYS a scam if you have to physically give them the money for them to do it. When people double lower amounts of cash, it's just to try to lure people into trusting them. If people REALLY were doubling money, they'd be willing to do it in the trade screen.
  13. I thought V legs were a lot cheaper then that  Or was that just a panic buyer that she got lucky to catch?
  14. I'm pretty sure that was a typo or misunderstanding  No, it was a response to this: Not going in to gd's for not wanting to die often is something that you could be kicked for. well in that case, I think he needs to understand WHY he would be kicked for it, and learn from that, instead of insulting others as being efficiency trolls. If he joins a team that is meant to rush, then he should be trying to rush. He shouldn't be trying to go slow and save himself a couple K of xp per dungeon. If he doesn't want to worry about not being forced to go into a room he might die in, he should start joining other dungers who want to do it the same way, instead of trying to tell the teams that are trying to rush that they're being trolls. If you're in a team with 4 other people, and the other 4 people are trying to rush, but you don't because you're afraid you'll die, you're slowing the whole dungeon down. You're the only one out of the 5 trying to go slow....you're stopping 4 other people from finishing a dungeon faster, for the sake of you. Who is the troll in this situation?
  15. I'm pretty sure that was a typo or misunderstanding  New Laws of TIF based on this thread:  Subjective. Some people find it fun to find the most efficient way to do things (and to actually do it that way). It is impossible to argue about the fun-ness of something, so when discussing a topic, you cannot include it into an argument other then as a personal preference. That is why you only see (or see a lot of) people arguing over efficiency instead of what they find fun. Well duh, that happens IRL as well  I've only seen miss-interpretation so far. No contradictions. I have seen the "attacks", but again...that happens in IRL too (doesn't make it any better obviously, just saying) This has not been done in this thread at any time Hypocritical. You call other people out when they 'attack' you, then attack back. I'm also 99% sure the people posting here are still in school, or have jobs. That's the way a lot of things work....if you make a power point presentation, you're supposed to use bullet points. People nowadays don't want to sit down a read a story, they want the point. Also, it's the internet...do you honestly expect everyone to read every word of a 2000 word post? It's a forum. If you make a post on a thread, it is ALWAYS fair game to reply to. I've yet to see irrelevant, smug remarks. Obt posted again, "replying" to what you said. You can hardly call it irrelevant when YOU were the one that brought the topic up in the first place Duh? If you were to actually go back and look at all of the posts people like Obtuarian, Cheezedude, and Will Holmes have made, they far from spam. What? Where did you see this? False. However, when you are teamed up on by multiple people with arguments like This thread, then they are correct. The posters on this thread KNOW what they're talking about. For instance, on the dying thing. It can be PROVEN that dying on a floor to get your prayer/hp back to make the floor go faster will save you enough time that you'll gain more xp/hr then you would if you were trying to go so slow through a dungeon, so you wouldn't die once. Claim to have a better method of doing something, and spend all day on TIF trying to teach others about it. Sounds like you're an idiot and flaming people for not playing the way you do on a GAME.
  16. why are so many people loosing whips now? What happened to all the cheap people :P
  17. That isn't how DGS works...at all... Unless you're physically TRYING to mess up and go slow, they won't care. They'll point out what you could do to help the dungeon go along faster, but they aren't going to kick you the second you mess up a ferret room, or lure 1 or 2 monsters into another area with them. Also, the fun comment is VERY subjective. Most of the regulars in DGS have about 100 dungoeneering, they don't need to be there anymore, as I'm sure they've gotten all of the rewards that would even slightly benefit them. Wanna know why they're still there? Because they find it fun. It is fun for them to rush through dungeons in 20-30 minutes. They find it a bit of a challenge (sometimes), and even them, they aren't there worrying about it. Believe me, I am not a huge fan of the rushing style, I like taking my time through dungeons just like you, and even I don't mind DGS, it's not as hectic as you may think it would be. Unless your the keyer, you really only have to worry about 2 things. 1) Teleporting when told to help with GDs, puzzle rooms, etc. 2) Setting personal gatestones at far away doors, so you can run the occasional key or two. You really shouldn't be bashing a CC before you even try it. (hows the popcorn, I was considering making myself some. I bought a couple boxes the other day because they were on sale  )
  18. -I disagree -That may be, but I was (am) just genuenly confused by your reponses to others, and have been seeking clarification, it seemed the only to get you to actually answer my questions -Well duh, I had nothing to say about your opinion on dung, all I cared about is why you thought Chez and Holme's answers were "proving your point"
  19. This? Sorry to tell you this, but I did read that, and I very much disagree with your analysis. Chez ignored almost NOTHING from your first post. He replied to all but like...1 thing you said. Perhaps you didn't understand how he replied, and didn't read it right?
  20. tell us what your point is then... From what I've read, your Point(s) made in your post were very well replied to. You can't just keep spewing "HA!!! You proved my point!!!", and never tell us what that point was supposed to be. Again...People disagreeing with you does not mean they posted something irrelevant (how is anything, anyone has said, irrelevant so far?), people disagreeing with you also does not mean they missed the point. Obviously anyone replying to you has "missed the point", so could you please....very specifically, bluntly and in the most understandable way possible...TELL US WHAT THAT POINT IS!!?!
  21. they aren't irrelevant replies......people disagreeing with you doesn't make their argument irrelevant. Niether of them skimmed, chez replied to exactly what you said based on what he felt. L2forum. :wall: :wall:
  22. It is the wilderness, and you can't really complain you got killed when you go there.... At the same time....on Bonus Xp weekend...they honestly had nothing better to do other then kill people doing agility? Kind of sad.... ok not kind of, very sad.
  23. A very rare....and very sacred....gift from a god....... (assuming you look ok)
  24. Ok, how do you have almost 2m construction xp when I'm doing the exact thing and I'm at your exact point and only have ~800k xp. Tell me, HOW. Did you log out? Nope. No idea then. Maybe you're just slow.
  25. I partially agree, but honestly....Magic needs serious help in f2p. Give them level 40 stuff just like melee and range does. And wave spells too. I think just giving them that would greatly balance mage back in for f2p combat.
