I remember seeing it proven that simply keeping the fury saves you more money then what you bought it for. I know being able to sell it removes the need, but I was talking about in the case of buying....and never selling it.

It's the prayer points PLUS the strength bonus. Honestly, get a fury, it's just plain better, no exceptions. It's one of those items you just get to have because it's that good. I'm not going to try to prove to you that it's better to get both time and money wise, because I honestly don't know how. But just know it is, and people here are able to prove it...so I'll let someone else do that (and there are people that can here) And just being able to sell it back makes the investment that much better. why would you do that? Piety is not only usefull to make you hit higher, but also to get hit less often, because it increases your defence. Where is getting hit often a problem? Although they are right that flashing piety is just too much hassle considering how cheap pots are.

I'm not, I never have, and I never will. I know how to rush, I did a dungeon with the clan once (only to get made fun of later for doing it mind you <_< ). the one rapier isn't horrible (if the person with it doesn't suck....), it's good situationally. But spears got completely owned with the ring update, and were only ever good for the stab option (which now rapier + Berserker is easily better) Mauls always sucked. And while I use a WB sometimes when I dung (to hold ores and stuff, cuz y'all are efficiency clowns), bloodragers are too pro if you're trying to go fast, world bearers are useless. and 45 minutes? Not rushing, my team does 40 minutes often.... Is 148 the same now?

Rapier. However, both are completely waste of tokens for f2p for general use. But since you're just trying to upgrade for clan wars, rapier. The longsword does not have a high enough boost from a rune scimitar to make it better then even a rune scimitar considering the slower speed.

I'm pretty sure it would be optional people...just because they implement voice chat, doesn't mean every random person you meet you'll be able to hear.... I think it's a great idea, and I use ventrillo, so I have no need for it anyways. I don't want to add some random person from RS on Skype or give them the password to the vent server I use, so just being able to randomly use an in place system in the game would be great for those times. Also, I personally find it very entertaining to hear people "insult and own you" online, so I support for the fun factor of it personally :P

I have a f2p dungoeneering pure account. He has 810 total level, ALL of his stats are from skilling during dungeons.

Nice grammar, and rule switching =/= pwning. Don't encourage him, he's already too full of himself. Inb4 "people who are too dumb to see that he switched rules deserve to lose their money." Unless it's switching armor pieces....people are dumb if they don't see, and do deserve it. The reason I say unless armor...is because all it says in the second screen is "some pieces of equipment will be removed at the start of the duel", and doesn't tell you what pieces. Everything else is clearly shown.

well, I don't think I did too horrible for my first attempt (other then dieing on the first attack I mean :rolleyes: ), the kill I actually stayed for I feel I did well, and was doing decent damage. Meh, I won't be rushing back there very much tbh.

This. Something is wrong in the calculations here, because accuracy is barely an issue on rangers below t10 and mages below t9 or so. Accuracy only really becomes a problem for the battleaxe on very high defense monsters like bats, fire giants, high-tier warriors, etc. For bosses, they're usually ragered to hell, meaning that battleaxe ends up better on them than a 2h. I know you've already adressed this grimy, but I just wanted to confirm it more. I have around a 70% accuracy on the tier 11 rangers (not really exactly, just what it seems to be around). I almost never mess on tier 10 and lower rangers or mages when I have turmoil up (which also means it isn't even a full turmoil boost) When I switched to a b axe from 2h, I instantly noticed I was performing better. The ONLY weapon I would ever unbind it for is a primal 2h. Removing the "must have CSB with B axe" rule was a good call imo.

every effigy has 1 skill that's assistable, and one that isn't. You can get effigies at any level.

Duh on the typo. That's true, but it's not how people work disregard good advice because the giver is a douche THAT MAKES YOU A BETTER PERSON Has nothing to do with being a better person. It's just the way people work, they don't like other people flaming them. Most people tend to tone them out (or ignore the part that has the advice)
