I'm rejoining the ship soon enough, Nero and I have been negotiating a time. Honestly I just want my own AI to fiddle with, so there's not another "Logitech Protocol" incident. A nice little planetside shipyard would also be lovely. I might also work in some AI research base or something for a little while.

I see no reason why I cannot do perfectly well. Everyone else has been researching whatever they want. Theoretically, I wouldn't be profession locked in my personal studies either. Also, the AI isn't the only one gathering intel for the Swiss. How do you think I got 40,000 Credits and an AI as good as the one on the Unity? :rolleyes:

The GGN. Y'know, Girl Gossip Network? Whatever information one girl in any particular clique gathers, all the others immediately have access to. At the very least this applies to the singers, actors, and high-achievers. Often helpful, assuming the clique in question is well-disposed towards you.

I have a... not really a "crush"... on a girl at my school. We get along very well, except for the occasional "I really need to get to work now, sorry!" when I talk too much while we're working on homework in the school library. We sometimes go to SCA throwing weapons/fencing practices together, and she's the only girl who's (succesfully, generally physical contact makes me uncomfortable) hugged me. We generally seem to be comfortable together, sitting next to each other, joking around, sometimes a simple pat on the back. I want to tell her how I feel, I'm just sort of scared that I'm misinterpreting the situation and will lose a friend.

Brandon Sanderson. 'Nuff said. I liked The Way of Kings better than anything else in my fair fantasy library (1001 pages of suspense and action, hell yeah! And it's a series!), Mistborn was awesome if often depressing, Warbreaker was a good break from the norm with its witty fronts hiding dark secrets, and Alcatraz vs the Evil Librarians was a comedic feat worthy of Douglas Adams himself.

I'm gonna build a super-secret research base, and try to get a good fighter vessel soon. My rinky-dink leaky space dinghy is acceptable for transportation, but it simply can't meet my requirements. Now that I have a Unity-class AI things shouldn't be too difficult.

Well, home due to shoddy health and a damnable cold. Thank god for cough drops, I almost choked to death after a cough made phlegm in my throat form a solid wall blocking the airway. Anyways, I'm going to be playing this and perhaps Vindictus if I can get it working.

No kidding. Do you know what I'm going to have to go through to get a viable research base? Or an AI as powerful as the first? Anywho, I think I put on the best performance there. Went perfectly until Dusty technobabbled, and I input the command to duplicate the Protocol too many times for the AI to handle. I should've technobabbled back and/or deleted the Protocol. Just goes to show that I'm not very good at hiding my shiny new toys from angry little magpies. :-X
