  1. Please elaborate, it's been bugging me all day. Haven't found anything on the site to deal with Light Blindness. Also, thanks for the armor clarification, but I must ask; does that mean it requires Craft checks/payment to an Armorer, or just a Mend/Make Whole casting?
  2. Bards are helpful. Retech, would a darkness spell effect item that only works in the user's square but does not penalize attackers recieve any price reduction by your judgement? I want a Drow-Blooded Half Elf, and I do not want to deal with Light Blindness for a round whenever the lights go up a step from normal. Additionally, I would ask if I could get a Mistcloak that duplicates the spell effect of Mistmail without the added price of its armor bonus. Finally, would you say that Fortified Armor Training reduce the armor's HP by exactly the amount it takes to become broken, or leave it with 25% or 10% or something left?
  3. Greater Beast Totem Body Bludgeon Ground Breaker Endurance Ferocious Trample Seem good. Only one of those is a feat, and I can't take any of those Rage Powers right now. Groundbreaker is level 6, but I used that slot on Beast Totem. With regards to your earlier questions; what Class are you, and no they do not stack.
  4. I'm going to sleep now. This isn't finished yet (also thank you Archi for the convenient format to copy from your character), and I would like to ask the group what you need from me. As is, it looks like I'm to be the group tank (and secondary or primary DPS, on the assumption that we have no Blasters handy); suggestions on Feats and Equipment complementing this would be appreciated. I additionally must ask whether or not you would have me take the double-edged sword that is the Superstitious rage power, which you should look up on the SRD if you're not familiar. 5. No need for that, Archi, my character should be finished within 18 hours at the most. Also, damn it all, I came up with an awesome thematic custom magical item (it even had a good name) that would've really been rather useful... In a heroic campaign. I keep forgetting the whole pirate thing.
  6. I HAVE DECIDED ON A BARBARIAN THE CAPS LOCK WAS AN ACCIDENT BUT I'M KEEPING IT
  7. There's also reductions for requiring a skill check and being class restricted. I think he may have forgotten the Ioun doubling though, and only counted Resist Energy as a single spell ability. I don't suppose anyone knows of any fluffyness in the game regarding turtles? I like turtles.
  8. Gorum it. Well, I'm sure we'll get the chance eventually.
  9. Pfft, you don't even stay in the chat for an hour. Can't expect me to find my way there in time. :P
  10. I don't really have any links that I can give. The RPGnet review for Lords of Madness verifies that they do, in fact, exist (the +1 weapon enchantment provided, of course, to make Beholders even weirder by swinging around magical halberds), but hearsay (and an excerpt from the Lords of Madness that I couldn't find again) suggests that besides its nature as a +1 enchant allowing weapons to be wielded in the mouth of creatures with a bite attack, no information on use is provided. This, of course, leads to the vast majority of players who look to use the enchant to try wielding greatswords in their mouth and use them for two-weapon fighting. I, on the other hand, just want to reference Dark Souls.
  11. If you need help bringing together an idea, Earth, just ask. I enjoy scrounging through the PFSRD more than I should. I look forwards to this. Just be wary of giving too much monetary freedom, loot is good but Monty Hauls can be bad. Debating between 'righteous' pyromaniacal Goblin and hovercraft Merman. I'll keep browsing and see what other absurdity I can think of. Possibly a Sverfneblin stowaway. For reference; are Mouthpick weapons from 3.5 allowed?
  12. I'll be here.
  13. I suppose it's probably in my best interests to modify one, at least. Where might I find the campaigns, that doesn't involve high-risk sea trading?
  14. I've decided to start planning a campaign. Retech, could you help me build a Halfling Wizard NPC? I've never made one before. Just suggestions and such. Mostly non-combat oriented.
  15. I could... But then I wouldn't be a player... I mean, I might try at some point, but it's really not a role I fully believe I can fulfill. We'll see.
  16. Pathfinder SRD now has proper pages for Monster Race characters, giving them fluff, favoured class options, alternate racial traits, and even exclusive class archetypes. I reeeeeally want to play a Goblin right now. One of the archetypes is a Barbarian focused on latching onto your enemy, unarmed, and biting them to death, and the other is the Firebomber Alchemist. I already have a partially built Goblin Alchemist from before the archetype was released. :) I wish it were easier to find a group for Pathfinder.

I keep mistaking the like button for the quote button... (SL)Endermen are pretty much my favourite thing about Minecraft. Notch throws in some interesting things to that game.

  19. Banned because I don't know where your avatar is from.
  20. I've finally almost gotten Mabinogi working again. It's been two or three months, and the last five days every install attempt has brought rampant errors. I don't know why I like that game so much sometimes. Probably a mix of nostalgia, the wonder of someone who can't really understand most of the game world, and being part of a pretty awesome guild: (In which I wear lavender britches, ride a dragon, and helpfully stay out of the way while the others fight Balrogs)
  21. Thanks for the help you guys, the problem has been resolved.
  22. In a small point, Mather, you should give Archi some credit as a GM. He's literally given us hundreds of hours worth of sessions, which a lot of the Tavern enjoy. The current Dark Heresy game is small, yeah, but the players enjoy it.

Well I posted something else, but it was silly. Instead, here's Spider-Lin http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fnRvHnHruH8
  24. Well, I just so happened to also be studying electrical circuits at the time (When you are studying a branch of Electrical engineering you tend to study electricity fairly often) and I was also telling you that you were spouting nonsense. While yes you could theoretically get infinite current, that infinite current would have no ability to perform any useful work, which is what you were trying to claim it actually did. Yeah, that current would not be capable of doing too much work (in fact the amount of work it could do would be the exact amount the charge of the capacitor amounts to). The only thing it could do that would not slow down the current would be to generate a magnetic field, which was exactly what it was supposed to. That field would barely last longer than the pulse, but in that time it could induce electricity into another coil, for example with much higher voltage if that coil had more turns than the first one. And if that voltage was high enough, it could cause an arc, which if the pulses happened at high frequency and someone was hit by the arcs could cause involuntary spams in say... their hearts. Or you could shoot them and not waste hours of other people's time making them explain to you precisely why they don't want to deal with your shit. Better yet, shoot the Mod. I'm sure they'd be happier that way.
