  1. I agree, it does get fairly annoying; some sort of chart type thing would be extremely helpful and a fantastic addition to the skill.
  2. That's right! I haven't had that random event in some time now, and I forgot that you get the 'Random Event Gift' now. You can go ahead and do the event without worry! Happy 'Scaping! ;) EDIT: Didn't see that you'd already completed it! I'm glad we could help you out.
  3. Well, to be completely honest, 83 isn't a very high level. The dragon really is quite the pushover. I believe I did it with less than 10 lobsters. It's not as difficult as it sounds. ;)
  4. Things like that have been around forever, Pinky. The new animation is pretty funny though. ;)
  5. let's hope that more than extremely high leveled monsters drop them. That would be somewhat unfair to avid Treasure Trailers, especially if those people are of lower levels.
  6. To answer the question above -- I'd say around 35-40 maybe. That's around when I did it. Though I'm sure you can be lower than that.
  7. Okay, that's annoying since I planned out getting 73 ranged today but it solves my problem. At least my knowledge on how RuneScape works has been expanded. Thanks to everyone for their replies, and sorry for what now seems to be a nooby question. I'm fairly certain you don't get any exp for catching the fish on the island? When you leave it says something like "You feel yourself learn a bit more about Fishing." Which grants you XP.
  8. As a few other people have said, cast, run, cast, run, rinse repeat :)
  9. I hate to say it, but you have to complete the random event. Unless of course you do end up getting taken away after 24 hours.
  10. You won't gain any combat levels until you surpass your Ranged level with your Magic level, and it works the other way around too.
  11. The helmet shop is closer, so I didn't feel the need to mention the Longhall. ;)
  12. That's also a pretty good idea, but seeing how he is in Barbarian Village, there is an infinite fire in the helmet shop - so there's no need for a tinderbox ;) It's in the top left-hand side building. (The square room with the open red door.)
  13. Yes, don't bother banking the fish unless you're in Shilo Village. It's just too far of a walk when you can easily drop all of the salmon and trout faster with mousekeys.
  14. lolgratson99fletchingthatyousaidyoullnevergetbcurlame. ILY.
  15. It would help if we knew your budget, amount of time you can play, and your attention span. ;)
  16. You know, I'm having the same problem with nearly everything on the Forum site. It's been going on a for few days now and it's becoming rather annoying. I've tried it in two different browsers as well (Google Chrome and Mozilla FIrefox.) I'll try to get a screenshot if it happens again, so I can vouch for him. Does it still happen when you use a different skin? It hasn't happened yet (I just changed to "Deflection" theme), I was originally using the "Tip.It Theme" and having the problem. So I'm thinking it's just an issue with that theme? I'll try out the others and see if it happens with them. If not -- it's just that one theme. As the link I posted above said, it does seem to be a issue isolated to the Tip.it theme. Edited my post above to confirm this.

EDIT: I tried out the rest of the themes and had no problems. (I didn't do much with them, however, mainly just loading every board and refreshing twice.) Everything was fine. The only one that still gives me problems is the Tip.It Theme. I'm unsure if it's fixable, but at least we've figured out the problem here. :^_^:
  18. What games would Jagex be handing out in their gift bags? World of Warcraft! I couldn't help but chuckle at that, Omali.. heh.

  20. Very impressive! Your account is really nice! 10/10.
  21. You know we can't see those pictures, right? You have to host them.
  22. ILU. i lold And bouwzie don't be a bigot That made lol for a bit. Nice job Sam, ifly.
  23. Not necessarily. Jagex only does the "this image is very detailed" thing if there's text you need to read. The image I sent them that was accepted last month was MASSIVE and had a lot of detail. But they greatly reduced the size and didn't provide a link to a larger version. Not saying the image isn't stolen, just that they don't show larger versions of all pieces :P Oh that's right. :P It's unnecessary to even worry about who the artist is anyway, now that I think about it. All that matters is that those people had their artwork accepted, and they deserve the praise. Kudos to all of them!
