I've been doing two man rushes with a good friend of mine for decent xp and tokens, I'm just wondering if anyone can give me any sort of guideline on how we're actually supposed to go about this. As of now, we are doing the floors it gives us, going as fast as possible. All tips, and tricks are appreciated. I'm 32 Dungee, he's 30.

Do Salmon, or something relatively cheap. Use the Tip.It Cooking Calculator and figure what would be best for you time/xp wise.

Monkfish. Pretty fast considering the amount of money you can make. If you aren't interested in money, go ahead and fly fish in Shilo Village, or do Barbarian fishing with the heavy rod. Good luck! :thumbup:

It varies for everyone, there is no set amount of tokens required to get the Rune Defender, for some it takes very little and for others it takes a lot more; and yes, fighting animated armor is the best way.

You're pouch placing is a bit inefficient, in order to maximize the speed at which you empty your pouches, it's best to have them aligned like this. P = Essence, O = Pouches P P P P P P P P P P P P P P P P P P P P O O O P P P P P With the above set-up you right click to empty the pouch on the far left, right click instantly again to empty the next, then move your mouse slightly to the right, and empty the last one. You can empty them on in about a second. It's extremely fast.

You're doing everything right by my knowledge, the only thing I would make sure you do is always use NPC Contact to repair your pouches, it's much faster than going to the Abyss, much much faster.

I agree, Jagex seems to have a problem with 'fixing' things that aren't in need of fixing.

Why not just kill some Green Dragons?

Basically, it just gives you level 100. This can be useful for gathering skills, and by the looks of your signature, you WC often. In that situation, it'd be useful.
