My Interests? Skilling, Wars, Minigames with clan such as Castle Wars Pking on F2P with clan, Just plain having fun such as House Parties. And about my combat, I'm 90 on F2P. Summoning adds 3 to my level. I won't be working on combat skills until 99 fletching. Is this a temporary problem?

I am an active player with much time on his hands and loves to help others. I may not have the levels but I have the knowledge. You choose to make a pure, You need to recognize and eliminate/neutralize the risks of Defense. That being said, Why wouldn't you like Defense? You can't K.O. what you can't hit Mister 99 strength.

You don't need to try hard to understand that sentence, especially if english is your "first language". How would you define first language? If you grow up in a multilingual household like me, That term is more colourful than it might seem.

Bad grammar and semantics can lead to tragic misunderstandings.

ATTEMPT to get 99 Fletching. Keyword being ATTEMPT. If I manage that, I'll either work at random skills or rest from 99 Fletching.

Being a linguist, I almost never make a grammar mistake and have the bad tendency to turn off public chat just to spare myself the agony. It's not just the English speakers either, Dutch, Portuguese, French, German you name it. They're all using poor grammar. Even if it is their first language. Ever seen an English speaker try to type Dutch with only a Dictionary at their disposal? The result makes me cry more than a basket of onions. Even the Esperantists I know that play RS besides me use poor grammar and spelling. Which in case no one knows, Makes it VERY hard to understand.

I think the Double XP weekend is helpful for those getting a 99 skill that's not particularly difficult to get (99 Fletching) just a little bit faster with less profit lost. Keep in mind, My posts are usually made with my perspective in mind. These posts are not supposed to be compared or taken as the average RS player's mind. EDIT: Haven't been on here forever. This. If you don't want to get crashed, train more, get higher levels like herblore for extremes, or just simply raising your melee stats... For example, Bandos, crashing people makes you last longer, giving you more profit for what you spent in supplies, less food used, less effort.. I personally am neutral about this update. It doesn't seem to affect me much at all. Why are all of you complaining that you hit less? I say that this opens new doors for the skill in the future.

Why does everyone like the defender over the DFS? Compare the strength bonus and defenses to the rune defender.

Question, When you cast vengeance does it stay in effect only once? Or does it last the entire battle? Please clarify.
