  1. FACE DOWN ASS UP
  2. Anybody else annoyed by all the spoiler tags in this thread? :P

...It's very pink but otherwise there's nothing "adult" about the product itself, only the ceremony that takes place around it. :P So what's the Jenga part for? Why not just play Truth or Dare? That's the marketable version. The better version can be found here: http://www.reddit.co...edition/c8noeqw Today I'm working til 4am. Blah. A couple of years ago my roommates and I made a Jenga drinking game. You'd pull a piece out of the tower and it'd say "Take X drinks" or something similar. A roommate's girlfriend has a severe worm phobia-- she'll have a panic attack and start crying if she even thinks of worms (yeah she's a baby). So, naturally, we thought it'd be funny if we wrote "Drink three times while looking at a picture of worms" on half of the blocks and then invited her over to play with us  She didn't find it funny. :| Women, amirite???
  4. @TS: Stun or hide
  5. The quest was shorter than a gnat's attention span :P
  6. Remember, this quest only had a 140 cb requirement. It was grandmaster for the lore, not necessarily for the difficulty. EDIT: sniped They could've made it longer or made the puzzles take longer than 5-10 minutes to figure out :\ Or structure it like RFD was. Or just don't call it a grandmaster quest. Ah well doesn't really matter. I enjoyed the story at least. Now back to 07Scape :P
  7. Ring reward: Take that, Mobilising Armies!
  8. That was kinda disappointing. Puzzles were incredibly easy and I AFK'd every boss w/ momentum, soul split, and dual xbows. I haven't really seen any "grandmaster" quests live up to the standard that WGS set for the title >_>
  9. The range gloves are called tracking gloves and the mage gloves are called static gloves. 67 slayer.
  10. Yeah I was disappointed that I didn't get that message since I already did Pirates Treasure lol
  11. Perhaps they should keep searching people, regardless of how "trustworthy" they may seem... >_>
  12. Me while reading the relationships thread last week: "so child porn's where they're drawing the line now, eh?"
  13. Yeah definitely. Though I've never really been interested in gaining weight just cuz it makes things like benching double my bodyweight or planching that much more difficult. And yeah, I've never been a fan of machines, except for the treadmill for endurance sometimes :D
  14. Nope, after I finish my planche goal, my next goal will be to run a marathon since I've always neglected cardio and lower-body workouts. When I was in college I did do squats 1-2 times per week. Just not very hard since I'm afraid of doing squats and deadlifts with really heavy weights and getting injured. So my lower body never got as strong as it could've been. I figured a shitty leg workout was better than no leg workout :P
  15. I'm naturally skinny too, but I generally see trying to gain weight as a waste of time/effort/money. I was 105 lbs at 5'8 when I started lifting (I was a twig), and within a few months I was 125 lbs w/o changing my diet. Just consistent lifting. Four years later, my bodyweight really hasn't gone up yet I can bench like 150lbs more than I could 4 years ago. Similarly, I look really strong nowadays without trying to adjust my bodyweight. My muscles aren't exactly big, but there's a lot of definition and stuff. They're pretty small compared to my friends who have bigger frames than me, but my muscles are pretty big relative to my body size. So in other words, just work out consistently and make sure you're getting stronger every week and the results will come eventually
  16. Join as many social clubs as possible in college (ideally, join a fraternity that doesn't haze and has members whom you can get along with or look up to). Get a part-time job at the union that forces you to be social and meet new people. I was a cashier and it did wonders for my social skills.
  17. I'm interested to discover how you know these women, now. :P He plays halo and eats chicken with them. It kinda depends what kind of flak they're giving you. If they're just giving you the typical "guy-flak" where they're just insulting you the way guys do, then just laugh it off and don't sweat it. But if they genuinely are trying to make you feel ashamed for your hobbies, then you need to just ignore and distance yourself from those people. People gravitate towards people who don't give a [bleep]. Yeah, I think if he just owns up to it no one will actually care that much for very long. Yes-- I suspect a lot of teasing/bullying results simply from the fact that the bully enjoys knowing that they can get a rise out of someone. If they try to harass someone about something and the person isn't bothered, then they're not going to keep trying to bother that person.
  18. There have been times when I log in to collect my 4 ships and after the 2nd ship I'll get a barmaid random. But instead of doing the random right away, I'll keep collecting from my other two ships. After that, I get another black marketer random which "overwrites" the barmaid.

  20. I was afraid to talk about my gaming habits until I got to college and lived in a fraternity. Literally EVERY room had an Xbox in it. I didn't realize that basically every guy was into gaming, at least to some degree. Granted, a lot of them just stuck to boring sports games, but there were still a ton of guys that played WoW or RS at some point. I'll never forget when the whole house downloaded Diablo II and we were all playing it together on our network. One of the guys was a total stereotypical jock, yet he knew EVERYTHING about Diablo. It was entertaining to watch him lean over everybody's shoulder and teach them how to play. When it comes to my gaming habits, I own it. For example, if I'd rather stay at home on a Friday night to play RS than go out and drink w/ my friends, I'll acknowledge how ridiculous and nerdy it sounds. Friend: You coming in to town tonight? Me: I would, but this weekend is double experience in RuneScape, and I'm just tryin' to get some fat-ass XP. You know what I'm sayin? Friend: God dammit. There were even times in college where random sorority girls would wander into my room and be like, "What are you doing?" And then I'd be like, "I'm kind of in the middle of something right now. I'm trying to level up my strength to increase my DPS. But you're welcome to sit on my lap and watch if you want. :)" If I had minimized RS as soon as someone walked in and been like, "OH I'M JUST LOOKING AT MY DESKTOP BACKGROUND!" that would've been awkward (for me at least). As far as long-term growth goes, yeah, gaming's basically a waste of time. An exception would be if you're playing w/ your (RL) friends, though. But I don't feel guilty for playing games unless I've neglected my daily goals to play games. I have a calendar on my wall to keep track of my "progress." I've got two types of stickers: red and yellow scented smiley faces (they were the cheapest kind the office supply store offered >_> and they make my calendar smell like cherries. Stop judging me). If I made progress towards my 3 long-term goals, then I put a yellow smiley on that day on the calendar when the day's over. If I screw up on at least one of those things, I put a red smiley on the calendar. With the release of RS07 I've been a pretty big piece of shit and I can feel my drive and happiness waning as a result of it, lol. But, two days before RS07 was released, a massive blizzard hit my town and so I couldn't drive anywhere lol. Then when the snow cleared, another blizzard came. And then I got sick for a few days. So, being snowed in + being sick = lots of RuneScape to keep the cabin fever at bay lol. I did manage to go party w/ my friends on the night when the snow was cleared and scheduled several dates too (though they were later canceled by the second blizzard). Still, these last two weeks of February on my calendar look pretty bad :|

  25. Assuming questions belong in this forum instead of Help & Advice... What's the quickest way to get to a fairy ring? Any teleports close to one?
