Hard to say. CCB and Maul would be my first two suggestions, although since you slay mostly, crapier covers that. If you get into things like nex, CCB dominates, and Maul is great at TD's, WF's and Sara GWD.

Elite Melee Void, ZS/SS/CMaul, D Boots, Fury, SW/Fire Cape, Zerker Ring (i) Can Substitute Void for Blk D'hide/Karils, Barrows Gloves, and Niet Helm. If it is a slayer task, keep the void torso/legs for mage def/prayer bonus, and swap the neit helm for a slayer helm.

Train range and melds by cannoning black demons and mage by bursting/barraging rock lobsters. Both are very expensive if you do for a long time. You could also chin nechs. Bladewing has a guide on that.

Piety is instant, and turmoil I think is but I'm not so sure if the bonus from the monster is or not. Best to let someone who has it tell you that. Also, you can view the bonuses prayers are giving you by a button/hide tag (not sure what to call it) at the bottom of your prayer tab.

Strength ammy means you don't have the attack bonuses from a glory/fury. And seeing as how a fury is good armor, and one of the first things you should upgrade when you have the cash, it would be a good investment.

i dont reckon, you only use them for the spec. and i just got spec recovs this weekend aswell, swear earlir i tried to use them with claws and i couldnt drink does in a row plus it didn't heal enough for a spec. maybe i was just spinning out.. but id sell them You can only drink one dose per 30 seconds.
