I have tried killing them with a fire titan and I did not even last a minute. :cry: This guide might help you if you want to kill them in the ancient cavern. Looking as you don't have extremes, curses or a decent familiar, you should stay as far as you can from ct waters. If you really wanted to, it would be possible for you to tank waters for 13 minutes with tort carrying supplies(lots of brews), but you'd lose so much time in that frame that the extra bit you'd get from a low level summon wouldn't help at all.
