New sounds are too suggestive!
wait this isnt the rsof? Judging by the immaturity and lack of reason in this thread (specifically the OP), I think this might be a copypasta from RSOF. i second that claim Third that. This is the kind of rant with no backbone that I'd expect to see on the RSOF...

What's the best combat equipment?
Dont forget prayer bonus armor like prostelyte(however it's spelled), sw cape if you have it, and a stole. This is very useful for tasks that you'll only be using protection prayers against.

Dying in a POH?
Yes, it still does. If you die from it in your house, like any other death in a POH, you will appear outside the portal without losing anything.
-
Rigour or c'bow?
If you are primarily doing frosts, then get rigour. If you are going to be mainly doing tds, then the cbow is an option but its recharge rate compared to the extra kills may not be worth it.

Zeal points
I used mine on prayer, got me from 71-73, very helpful.

Have I killed you yet?
Havn't killed me yet... But then again, I don't pk. :P

Fastest way to train each skill
He has a stat signature, its just missing the stats :wall:
-
Fastest way to train each skill
True. I was thinking about saving a bit of cash, which I forgot didn't matter to the OP, he just wants speed.
-
Fastest way to train each skill
No, it was clear that he asked for the fastest method. That was about the only thing he said clearly... SC tools just always pop into my head when i think about doing things like addy pl8s, larders, etc. :^_^:

Fastest way to train each skill
Also, using SC hammers for everything you can makes it a lot easier/cheaper.

Where to Train
This too, with 70 attack and 60 strength you should (can) get a rune defender. It is the most used shield slot item in slayer and generic melee slaughter. I have to go with the most common answer here: slayer. Might aswel get a headstart on it now.

peng cc
World60pengs W60_penguins W60pengs W60pengu The last two are rarely ever used.

Do Brutal Green Dragons drop effigies
Tip.it monster database doesnt have effigies listed on the brutal's drops either, but you may be right about it being so uncommonly hunted/trained on that no one has reported any.

Fastest way to train each skill
Could you be a little more specific on what skills you want and knowing your levels makes a huge difference.

Nomad Guide
To boost up a temporary level in herblore, make a greenman's ale. It gives a +1 boost and if you make a few of them than you will have enough time to make multiple ovls.

2038th to 99
Haha saw that too. Congrats tho
-
So confusing!
I'm not a Herblore expert so you'll have to find out what to do from another poster (sorry). You can, however, use tip.it's new herblore calculator once you know what potions you are going to make. It's in the special calcs on the left side of the main screen. Best of luck

Waste of pc points
 But really, it was pretty clear that you get the elite top for free the first time.

Nomad Guide
Know the order of the attacks, and prepare for each one. Staying focused so he can't get a few good hits on you when you aren't paying full attention to your LP is critical. Of the times I died before I beat him, two of them were from not being fully aware of my LP and didn't realize how low it was when he got two good hits on me. Best of luck

A Way to Revive Old Skills
I love most of your ideas, except this seems too easy to take advantage of. If jagex was to put this in, and ban certain areas like the GWD as you pointed out, I'm positive they would forget some areas such as rune altars. The idea itself is good, but there are too many possibilities and too many clever people who would find ways to abuse it. You have a point. Perhaps, then, instead of banning areas, why not allow areas? In other words, you can only use the portal to teleport to certain areas (perhaps whether or not a clan member is there), such as Fish Flingers, various Minigame lobbies, the Party Room, etc.? I could see that working well if they can only teleport to Activity(Minigame) areas that their clan leaders are in, or where some D&D's and other clan/event based activities are being held. Private clan events such as boss hunting would not be considered an official event they can use the portal for.
