Did you not read the OP post or any of the other posts in this thread??? If you did read the posts of this thread at all, Saunamajuri already pointed it out.
  2. Under the melee equipment, Korasi's sword needs to be added. The correct order for weapons should be: Chaotic Rapier>Chaotic Longsword>Korasi's Sword>Leaf-bladed sword>Abyssal Whip
  3. I can answer atleast some of these. Bandos or verac skirt/fighter torso on tasks you will be taking damage. Prossy top/verac skirt on tasks that you will be using protection prayers. For the most part, you should be using a fire cape and a sw cape only when the prayer bonus is needed. Not sure on overloads/extremes as I don't have them (yet). Most slayer monsters have low defence, so a rapier/whip with a defender is almost always hitting. All I can help with, gl with the rest of the questions.
  4. It applies to combat stats only. If you are going to keep your herblore boosted for a long period of time, you will most likely need to do the logging trick.

  6. Like many skills, some people are interested only in the cape, not the skill or journey itself to get the cape. I'm not saying this is what the OP thinks and has their mindset on, but this is the case for many people. >> implying there is something wrong with getting it for the cape >>>> Implying that enjoying the journey is necessary >>>>>>> implying i do not agree with your post :? I'm not implying there is something wrong with getting it for the cape, I simply dislike when people complain about how much they hate doing something and the only reason they are doing it is for the cape. Enjoying the journey isn't necessary, but isn't that the whole point of the game and most games in general, having fun? While it can sometimes be necessary to grind things you don't like to get something that will let you enjoy something else later, such as bursting lobs/camping wfs to get 88 summoning for a uni for TDs, grinding at a skill/quest that you dont like just for the cape, which does little to nothing, seems impractical if the overall goal is to have fun.
  7. Seeing as how this is your first post, you just joined a few minutes ago, your post has nothing to do with the question, and you posted links that I'm not even going to risk going to, your post is spam. Please dont spam this help website that is dedicated to Runescape.
  8. Second paragraph under the Melee section states that the leaf-bladed sword is the best single-handed stab weapon. The best single-handed stab weapon is the chaotic rapier followed by the chaotic longsword. Also, under recommended equipment, Korasi's sword isn't mentioned and it has better stats than the leaf-bladed sword. The order should be Chaotic Rapier>Chaotic Longsword>Korasi's Sword>Leaf-bladed sword>Abyssal Whip
  9. even back in the day bots ran away. Who those really kill is skillers that went to get some water for a second. After they died, a wannabe-mod would pm them saying they were reported for afking :P

  11. Thought maul was second chaotic to get after rapier?
  12. This is what I figured. Second one was six months after the first. Most likely there will be one every six months if they continue to do them.
  13. Sell claws, get fury and zerker ring first. Then, get tassets or if you cant afford them, atleast get a verac skirt. Shouldn't ever be slaying with a d skirt, verac skirt w/ torso is a must if you can't get tassets.
  14. Imagine the rants if there wasn't. There would be rants about the lack of new content. :P
  15. Not sure what the gear is, but without having extremes, turmoil, claws and the best gear, you two will most likely get a kill or two before getting crashed. Bandos is extremely overcrowded.
  16. Berserker (i) is almost always the better choice for melee and is only about 4.5m
  17. Done this before, very fun. I use just a whip and superset and always get the drops.
  18. I'm actually in the middle of the Fight Caves right now and I personally find that 14 sup restores and 6 brews is plenty for me. If you are running low in restores when you get to jad, you may want to add in a few more sup restores and a few less brews.
  19. Hmm will probably look into the snaps. Where have I seen this slayer setup before??? :P
  20. I agree with this completely, although since im usually wearing my slayer armor, mage is the weakness and the range attack rarely hits/freezes me. Once you start to get into the clues, you will eventually have all the emote items and won't ever need to think about whether you'll have to go to the GE to get one.
  21. Nechs are burstable also I believe. Once they summon their spawns you can start to rack up in experience, and the drops arent too bad either. I noted barraging in the list. Oops i only skimmed over the list.

  23. I dont know what your stats are, but if you have decent armor, food, forinthry, antipoison, and pro mage on when a rev attacks, you should be fine. The three routes to take depending on the clue is: -Running to the clue from volcano/clan wars (this is for clues nearby) -Running slightly SE of the volcano to the teleport obelisks, this is the best method for spots that are far out and below the members gate. -Taking the Ardy/Edgeville teleport lever to higher wilderness above the members gate (make sure you have a weapon/knife that can slash for webs). A bank nearby is the mage arena bank which doesnt cound as being in the wildy so you can teleport from it. If using the obelisks to teleport, after you get the clue, simply keep teleporting until you get to one of the teleports in lower wildy so you can tele out.
  24. Aside from the uri items, I generally bring a meerkat pouch with scrolls (takes place of chart, watch, sextant, spade, and you dont fight the wizards when you use the scrolls), 4 sharks, a duelling ring (bank/glider access), a games necklace (getting to wilderness), a forinthry brace, a super antipoison, melee gear, house teles (Having all the portals inside the house is useful), and a chisel to chip the house teles (requires Love Story). This is coming from someone who does 5-10 clues on a normal slaying day. If I missed anything let me know.
  25. Stats are- Defense: Stab 8 Slash 8 Crush 8 Magic 8 Range 8 Other: Prayer 12 Summoning 8 Primary cape I use for slayer. Might switch to fire cape though if i get it this trip. At wave 62 and going to finish it later. Anyways, have fun with your new cape!
