Well a great way to tell they are bots what you wanna do is just watch them if you get bored they follow the same path most of the time. You can say stuff like your inventory is full (Like it says when you are full) like when you are wood-cutting and they will go bank. They also will move back and forth if you attack them in Wilderness. Playing for 7 years is helpful. :P I do one day of player killing and I see one every 2 minutes... Hope that answers your question somewhat. While your other points are valid, going the same path isn't a surefire way to see if a player is a bot. There are multiple skills that require repetition in movement ;)
