Assuming you did Swamp Titans to 92, Wolpertingers to 95, and Iron Titans to 96 you would need 11494 crimson charms. Take whatever your charms/hr rate is and divide into that to find out how long it will take. Also, Vex's effigyscape used to have a part that gave the charms/hr of both rock lobs and waterfiends. I'm not sure where you can find that information now.
