I got a hex in regular runescape and I couldn't bind cuz sub100 dg. Do I win?

If I broke hood for it at 90 dg I'd be suiciding to 100. And I probably wouldn't be able to do much in dgs.

I didn't bind because I'm sub100 dg. I guess I deserve not being able to bind it since I didn't dg for months. I should be near if not 120 by now...
