  1. I can flex either one of my pecks separate from each other. O.o
  2. Does it have to do with parole and a 11:00pm curfew? (You don't have to answer if you don;t feel comfortable). I had to do community service when I was 12 for hacking into my schools network in 4th grade, I think. I shutdown every computer at the same time. Only got caught because some kid ratted me out for not showing him how I did it. When kids were playing pinball on the computers, I was learning myself how to program.
  3. Turn your head a different direction when you brush your teeth. When you have 15 minutes to get ready, two minutes is a lot of time.
  4. How are you getting all of that for $1200??? Obama + small business tax increases + small business closing + limited knowledge people selling things off. Edit: The person who game me information about the servers was mistaken. There is only a single processor in each blade. This is still fine. I knew something was off when the lady I talked to said each blade had two CPU's.
  5. 1. What kind of a keyboard do you use? (ergonomic, gaming, something completely different?) Gaming: Logitech G15 2. How much do you use the keyboard? Do you often use it instead of the mouse? A lot, I am a programmer. Here is about two weeks of whatpulses'. http://whatpulse.org/stats/users/234230/ 3. How fast can you type? (a link to a typing speed test is included at the bottom, if you haven't done one already) I can type over 100 WPM. 4. Anything else worth mentioning? I have carpal tunnel in one of my wrists.
  6. Right before we closed today, a bus of about twenty or so minors came up to our drive through window since lobby was closed. I told them we are not allowed to serve walk-ups (which we are not allowed to anyways). I told them we can not serve them. They just stood around. There was another McDonalds 4 miles down the interstate. So they get smart and find a random person who drove by in a truck and paid him to let them get in the bed and order. We were forced to take their orders then. Since it was 12:30(1 hour past curfew for minors) and the kids were in the back of a truck (illegal where I live) I called the police as we made their 40 or so various hamburgers. They were in for a fun surprise. The cop ticketed the bus driver and warned the kids to not pull anything like that again. I wouldn't have cared if they would've called an hour or so before they got there so I could call in a few extra crew to help out and open up part of the lobby. No, they had to be complete douches and screw us over. Tomorrow I am purchasing eight blade servers and a chassis for 1200 dollars. Each server has two 2.8GHz quad core xeons, 2GB of memory, and two 36.4GB 15k RPM SCSI Hard Disks. I have two planned for storage backup, one for programming tests, one for game hosting, one for a website, one as a domain controller, and the rest are backups. I'm so excited. Servers make me horny.
  7. What is your budget? You can get the Logitech g15 v2 for $60-$80. It has a little screen which gives game details in certain games. The Logitech G19 has a color LCD screen which can display movies. It runs for around $180. There are also various Razer keyboards for around $120. I personally own a G15. I love it. I also have a G13 gamepad which is used for macros for WOW.
  8. Got my surround system today. Got a phillips 1000 watt system. At volume level 13 it shakes my house. It goes up to 62 volume. I am currently installing linux to my dev computer. I built a country-based IP block system for my website nullbrain.com. If anyone from the US visits, they get an access denied message.
  9. A single 9800 will run RS set at the highest graphics possible as well as 1920x1080 resolution at about 50 FPS in any area in game.
  10. MW2 is [developmentally delayed]ed on live. I hate how I am paired with people who are level 60+ and have good gear. I would rather be matched with people closer to my level so I am not instant killed when my team is spawn camped.
  11. Some use client hooks to get ID's then use advanced mouse motion algorithms and mechanisms to determine where to click and can click via ID of objects. Color bots and ghost mouse are very detectable.
  12. No. they would have to change the variable type used to indicate the max amount of a stack to a long type. All this means is they can run more worlds per server and utilize more memory.
  13. A 32-bit OS can handle up to 4GB. I'm surprised a Jagex mod doesn't know that! I've always wondered what servers they ran on. It's hard to believe a whole HD world with 1k+ players on at once ran on only 4gb of memory. A 32-bit OS can actually handle about 3.5GB of memory. As to your comment about the "HD world", graphics are a client-side issue. The server handles the game logic, chat, quests ,etc. That is why they could turn bounty hunter off when they did without a server reboot. The client (you) sends a packet of data indicating your future moves and actions and the server (Jagex) checks to see if it is possible and if you have all of the requirements to perform an action. The server then sends a packet confirming your actions and tells your client to proceed. This all happens in a 900ms tick I think.
  14. No. You must append your jdk path to the existing variable called "path"'s contents by adding";C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_21\bin;". This will allow you to use any java executable file in that folder by typing in its name.
  15. Use quotations ("") around the path. Also, in order to keep from typing in the path to the JDk, you might want to add the directory to your path environment variable. This will allow you to simply type in "javac myjavafile.java". To add the jdk to your path variable, go into system settings(press windows key+ pause|break button or go to control panel > system settings). Under the "Advanced" tab there will be a button which says "Environmental Variables". Under the "System Variables" groupbox, there is a line which says "Path". Add a semicolon(;) to the end if there is not one already then add the path to the bin directory of your JDK. Click "Ok" then "Apply". If you had command prompt open, close and open it again and now you can use the JDK via command line without typing in the path.
  16. I found a Phillips and a Sony.
  17. Today I went and looked at Surround sound systems at walmart. I am looking for something around 300 dollars which would go good with my 360. I found a 1000 watt system with a blueray player for $368 ($394 with tax). That would leave me with barely over 100 dollars for gas and for the next two weeks. I could watch netflix and youtube through it though.
  18. I started working on a basic web design for my developing portfolio. Here is a draft picture of the background: [hide=pic 1100x1100] You can view the site here. I still need to ix some positioning errors in my CSS. [/hide] No work today which means it is a dev and warcraft day. I did this test to see what govt. assistance I qualified for earlier. By putting in all correct details, I barly qualified for anything even with my very low income. By changing my race/nationality to something different, I could be living for free, eating for free, going to college for free, get a 500 dollar a month spending allowance, and get a free cell phone.
  19. Gimme the juicy details on the game. I am attempting to create a framework of a 3D rpg with networking support so later on, it can be a MMORPG.
  20. Megan Fox Smooth skin on my girlfriend Drawing the female body Coding and Web Design Food
  21. I got rear ended by a cop. She ticketed me for being stopped in the middle of the road. I was at a stop light. She smelt like alcohol. I spent 60 dollars on food to last me three days when I go to a mini-lan-wow party. I wrote a mini-web server in Java. I started work on a simple matchmaking/game lobby server application in Java. It will be for a game I am working on.
  22. I like my women like I like my scissors, sharp, and fun to run with. Duct Tape.
  23. Using a GUI designer will make things quicker, but you will miss out on the learning experience of doing it yourself. Netbeans will give you ugly generated code which is hard to understand. It is ok to use GUI builders for simple desktop and applet applications for personal use, but in college and more advanced applications, it would be wise to hard code things or at least build your own GUI tools. You can do that buy using a couple of booleans and mouse events.
  24. Confession: I spend 6-12 hours a day coding, even on days I work.
  25. Just got home from work. I was handing out food most of the day. Some jackass pulled off before we could get his McFlurry out. He came back later and cussed us out and threatened to shoot us all on 9/11. The girl who was at the window at that time started crying. I gave her a free meal voucher because the guy was being stupid. On the way home that same guy was pulled over and being handcuffed for what looked like a bag of weed or something on his car hood.
