  1. You obviously didn't read my post I specifically said I'm not gonna be paying 100% attention to the game, at best I'll check on it every 5 mins or so. Saying that if I did tds like you said checking on it every 5 mins or so I'd die over and over which according to me wouldn't make me money. I'll take 2005 money making over losing money any day, plzz post again once you decided to read my post and have an idea of what i'm asking. Edit: And I also already have skills for tds anyway. It was merely an example the thing is most non-combat skills are hard to reach a measely 500k/hr. If you're paying very little attention you are better off spending the time learning to merch and farming the meanwhile before when you are playing more regularly you can make a more substantial amount of money using your combat skills. If it's not quest requirements you need then train skills for elite diary req's in a slightly profitable way while massively AFKing.
  2. Quest requirements skills for TDs / other bonuses so when you decide to make money properly through combat you are better off. You will not make a proper amount of money through skills nowadays give up on the idea it's so 2005.
  3. Perhaps you could get a friend to insert the relevant formatting etc.. On a word document for you or something and then C&P it onto tif.
  4. Formatting is such a huge issue when writing guides in the end a well formatted guide will help more people and receive better reviews than a information full and badly formatted one. The beginning of your guide is just a wall of text - with some good information in - but still a wall of text. Setting your guide out so it is easy to read and accessible will make it far more likely people will read it.
  5. It's a shame CWARS isn't what it used (runetek5 = utter stupidity) but oh well. I hope you have fun with this goal you'll meet some really cool people at CWars though the amount of cash they have is usually a bit worrying.

Yes, it's right they should be out causing destruction. You will always get facebook groups like that with anything of this sort. Also, the enter button works wonders. Yeh ok I should use paragraphs. It wasn't facebook groups more people I know on facebook like, you know, friends. As to the point about the woman I was more against the idea of calling them ferrel rats rather than them not being out rioting. Also the ridiculous and old fashioned idea that the kids should be staying at home and that in fact part of the problem is the deprevation in their own homes and communities. Also I think you should look into what reducto ab absurdum is because it is exactly what you are guilt of when taking my qoute like that.
  7. It's good to see all the latest batch of Mod Trainees are recognizable and intelligent faces.

    England Riots

It's amazing the amount of idiots who appear across our social media and television screens when something like this occurs calling for totalitarian measures against those rioting. Admittedly the rioting is incredibly stupid and indeed many of those taking part in it appear to have few morals and little intelligence but some of the reactions to this behaviour shows as limited intelligence as the rioters are claimed to posses. For instance the woman interviewed by the BBC who described the rioters as ferrel rats who should be at home rather than out rioting. Or the many people I have added on facebook calling for mass hangings and posting status such as 'Real men fight in Afghanistan they don't riot we should send these scumbags to Afghanistan and see how they like it' a message which both debases the professionalism of the armed forces and also their purpose while coming across as highly ignorant at the same time. Also what a soldier does is hardly relevant to this situation. I would call these people as bad as the rioters but that would be to be as guilt of reductio ab absurdum as they are. In the end my conclusion of the events of the riots and those surrounding them is to reflect on the colossal stupidity of people and that just makes me sound like an arrogant tosser. It's amazing the individual you know may appear to be intelligent, rational and kind but confront them with a situation like this and expose them to the media and the masses soon turn into drooling idiots. If there are any Brits our there or perhaps you can find it on youtube look for Robin Ince's comedic rant on newspapers to sum up my general feelings about this.
  9. You won't get hit much when meleeing the caves only if you mess up when sidestepping the 360's. Inventory wise it's a shame you lack overloads. You should take 2-3 pure sets, your special weapon 4-6 brews and appropriate number of super restores as well and then just fill the rest of your inventory with prayer pots.
  10. Considering your stats and access to turmoil I would suggest meleeing the caves it is no more difficult than ranging and is indeed quicker unless your range level is far better than you melee's. Perhaps you defence is a little low but with your set up you will do fine just sidestep the 360's and bring some sort of healing special e.g: SGS or EE/EEE unless your an awesome SS flasher but to be honest with your stats I would still suggest an EEE over Claws.
  11. 2. 2200 ish depending on concentration. This is for one stage as in Herb -> Unf or Unf -> Potion so you can make 1100 potions from scratch an hour.
  12. Got pissed on a school ski trip wondered back to the schools hotel to all but one teachers amusement who banned us for a day from snowboarding. Putting crisp packets and DVDs in the school microwave, trapping our IT technician in the disabled toilet, waterbombing the lower school assembly, starting a food fight in the canteen. Worst punishment was 1 day suspension. Was a suck-up until year 9 (13/14) so all the teachers still think I'm just caught up in the bad goings on and that non of its my fault.

My old neighborhood - it's good to see people standing up to the Tory government in a way but I've already heard of people I used to know in North London losing possessions. In the end I doubt that much of the rioting is done with any political forethought and is much more likely opportunistic fun and violence piggybacking the peaceful vigil made after Duggans death. As to the death it does all seem rather strange - The Guardian reported yesterday that the bullet found in the radio was thought to be police issue and that the gun recovered was found in a closed bag under the passenger seat so does all seem a bit strange but considering the incredibly stringent laws in Britain on the use of police violence and the fact that CO19 are very highly trained I somehow doubt that Duggan was just shot by 'accident' or something similar.
  14. To above what happens when you are faced with 90's and 360's? Ancient Magicks are recommended in 100% of the guides I have read regarding pures.
  15. You can do it but first you need access to ancient magics. It will be hard but there are plenty of guides out there for how pures can attempt to kill Jad. Not ever having played a pure I am not entirely sure on the best tactics. Equipment should maximise your prayer bonus while retaining reasonable range attack. Your inventory should consist of a mixture of restores and brews with ancient magic runes for blood spells to heal yourself.
  16. The attack on the Labour party youth camp seems to have everyone thinking its homegrown right-wing extremists. The attacks are pretty gruesome to be fair especially the shootings. It's a shame when anything like this happens and I hope that the arrest of the shooter will put a stop to it.
  17. There are skills that should be thought about but not necessarily trained as such for instance summoning it is important to gather charms as you train combat and charm drops should be a factor in deciding where to train your combat skills. Slayer should be started fairly early although efficiency wise I am not exactly sure as to when you should hit slayer. Being able to get into dungeoneering early on will be useful having a chaotic weapon to use as soon as you hit 80 attack will be a huge benefit. You should aim for a reasonable magic level early on as 60+ will give you access to most teleportation spells which is a great advantage. Don't neglect range, it is amazing how many high levels are 90+ melee's with something like 60 - 80 range. Access to prayers such as turmoil or piety are incredibly useful for speeding up your combat training 43 prayer is a big help when fighting quest bosses and taking on stronger monsters. Herblore like prayer will give huge boosts to how fast you can train your other combat stats but also like prayer is a very expensive skill to train so as a complete newb without donations it will be difficult to earn the money for these upgrades. Agility is nice for finding your way around runescape and various quests but I wouldn't give it a particularly high priority. In general I would suggest training your combats to a reasonable level, say: 60 Attack, Strength and 40+ Defence with a range level between 30 and 60 and a magic level of 60+ having in the mix a reasonable summoning level will make your day to day runescaping much easier. On top of this aim to train your farm the big levels here are 62 farming for snapdragon herbs and 85 for torstol herbs both of which will make you a fair whack of money. In between farming it would be a good idea to train hunter as this will give you access to herblore habitat and Juju potions increasing farming profits. As to your other levels train them to meet quest requirements before other considerations going for enough questpoints and the requirements to do the quest 'While Guthix Sleeps' will give you a nice balance of skills, hopefully by which time your combat stats will be of reasonable calibre and you will be able to take advantage of Tormented Demons as a moneymaker.
  18. Should do clues just check Itams DIY thread to see the great rewards from doing all your clues for a large chunk of slayer xp.
  19. The calculations are fairly easy maths I'm sure you can manage them if you put some work into it H&A isn't just about being lazy. As to your plan it is not a particularly good one. Perhaps the magic experience is cheap but once you are a member much better magic experience can be found for not that much more expense. You are spending far too much time for no particular profit and fairly slow experience. Again with the plan about making cannonballs - cannonballs are very slow to make and will not net you a huge amount of profit an hour at only about 200-400k/hr. There are much better moneymakers even for very low levels in members you really shouldn't touch cannonballs you should sell your steel bars and make your money in a faster way e.g: picking mort myre fungi then if you need cannonballs buy them rather than make them. Your plan is like that of a DIYers and perhaps with your mentality you should consider becoming one. This is not to say I dont respect DIYers but when you are allowing yourself to trade there is no need to be this silly about it.
  20. I feel as if this guide has some good information within it but the text is purely padding for the videos. As said before try and organise it a bit more neatly with an index and easy navigation as well as placing tasks in hide tags. Add pictures as a wall of text is very off putting. This could be a very good guide but it needs some work and some thinking about.
  21. Perhaps on tasks where you are constantly praying a protection prayer as well as piety/turmoil you then wear proselyte and soul wars cape etc.. Giving a higher than +10 prayer bonus. However, on most tasks +10 is enough to sustain piety/turmoil to a non-wasteful amount and your leg and chest armour pieces should be used to maximise strength if you are wearing a soul wars cape. If you were wearing verac's skirt + torso/bcp. Your prayer bonus is higher based on your body and you should replace the cape with a fire cape to increase your strength bonus. Really it's all about finding a balance between strength and prayer bonuses.
  22. Yeh definitely worth it to buy (unf) they are no quicker to make than full potions so not buying them effectively halves your experience rates.
  23. Now that is a question! I can barely remember what I did tot train before 60 attack I was such a noob I just got the levels in stupid inefficient ways. I suppose the rune scimitar is still a good weapon to use so I'd just stick with that.
  24. I couldn't see on the Zarfot quote 'Do no Evil' which unlocks a area of Kalphites where you can cannon them turning them from quite a bad task to a really good one. I would highly recommend doing Monkey Madness as you will want to unlock barrows gloves for efficient slaying which requires monkey madness and a fair amount of quest points. Also until you have 70 attack for a whip you are in my opinion better off training to 70 attack and strength with the dragon scimitar then hitting defence up to 70 with the whip before training on controlled.
