Your mistake is thinking that only people whom experience something first hand are capable of having knowledge of it. And normally people who accuse the numbers of being bs are the people that are wrong. Numbers don't lie. I can tell you that you are wrong because people whom I trust and that are smarter and more experienced than me *looks at grimy* have done the math and testing and have posted the results. My question is what ratio of kills do you have to get in order to show that cls is definitively better than a crapier at bandos? If rapier gets 469/1000 kills does that prove that cls is better? But fine, let's wait out this stupid test that's been done already and shown that cls is a waste of pixels.

Im pretty confident that her mage attack is way less accurate and does less damage so mage def gear (ie void) and prot melee will serve you better? Good luck on 78 mining as well, I can't stand mining...

Fixed that for you. Don't post misinformation please. Its been proven mathematically and experimentally that outside of having a divine at bandos a crapier is better than a cls in all but a few select places. And where the CLS does beat it (wyverns for example) a cmaul would be better still. A cls is like obama, lots of high hopes for it when it first came out, but in the end it drastically fell short of our expectations and was shown to be inferior to the competition.

what setup are you using for the queen? I did void w/deflector+ barrows gloves, dboots, fury, sw cape, berserker ring and korasis sword. Super att/str potted, prot melee and piety being prayed. Inv of rocktails and a few pray pots as well as a kyatt w/ambush scrolls leftover from nomad. Also a tort full of rocktails out. Finished it pretty easy on my 2nd attempt. Good luck!

Without a scroll of life and jujus you're generally looking at toadflax/avantoe/kwuarm. With a scroll of life ranarr/snapdragon/torstol. Always use supercompost and magic secatures. If you don't have My Arms patch get it asap. Average profit will be between 100-300 k per run depending on herbs and luck. With snapdragons my record is 68 herbs and 3 seeds back which was much higher than the 250 k avg profit. I've heard with luck torstol can be over 300 k profit per patch. Hmmm then im at a loss... At duradel the only tasks I can think of where you'll need food is waterfiends, but most of those food drops will be done with raw fish drops and swallow whole scrolls your bunyip let's you use. I always have a few sharks handy though just in case.

@Sir I believe he refers to the loss of hits from losing an attack turn while eating? @hedgehog (my apologies if this is stupid) but how does having prot melee on effect your ability to flash piety at all? It doesn't change the ticks for attacking/defending...or does it?! *cue epic look gopher music*

Welcome back first of all, your unhealthy runescape addiction has missed you :) For training str the best gear is chaotic rapier+ddef>saradomin sword>korasis+ddef>dscim+ddef Once you have 70 attack/def there isn't a point of getting them up over str (unless you're getting a chaotic rapier which you need 80 att for, it is definitely worth getting) as a whip/ss and barrows/bandos are the best gear you'll need. Upgrades with the money you have now? Get rid of the RoW now, berserker ring is the most bang for your buck, torags can be traded for veracs for the prayer bonus. Combat bracelet definitely needs to be replaced by barrows gloves (they are a reward purchased at the end of the quest Recipe for Disaster). The cape should be replaced by a firecape/soulwars cape/ardy cape 2(+). Quest related/untradeable items to get? Salve amulet (e) provides a 20% increase to att/str on undead monsters, stacks with void. Full void set as well including a deflector. Lastly do smoking kills for eventually getting a slayer helmet. Yes ss and barrows gloves are worth getting, the latter moreso than the former. I would say for now work towards getting a decent cashpile and the base gear you need for powertraining the way you want to. Herb runs every 1.5 hours and MTK being the easiest ones to get involved with. Do this while doing PC/conquest for your full void+deflector and you should have a nice start. Other quests to work on are Defender of Varrock for access to armoured zombies, the void knight quests for elite voids prayer bonus plus korasis sword. Cheers. Use soft clay on a pottery wheel and click the urn you want to make. Go kill a demon of the level urn you made or lower. Once the urn is full click the teleport option. ???? Profit! Makes me miss WoW where all high end equipment was untradeable except for a few pieces, everything degrades based on time and deaths and cost money to repair. Unlucky on drops from a boss/don't have the LS points for it when it does? Every boss drops tokens than can be stockpiled over a reasonabe amount of time to purchase on par equipment. And don't get me started on instanced bosses... But seriously the drop rate needs to be fixed, the boosts to offensiveness (yes its a word) need to be raised (seeing as most monsters are so innaccurate that defense bonuses don't matter or so accurate that again they don't matter), and they should be untradeable. Armour shards would be a way of fixing smithing/add to crafting. In line with lvl 80 armour you receive a piece of armour for every kill (toggle which type you wish to receive at the banker?) and once you get 10 you can smith the chest given 88 smithing/crafting, the legs given 84 smithing/crafting, and the helm given 80 smithing/crafting. This could also be retro added to previous tiers of armour. The kicker? Any armour made through this method is untradeable but still high alchable and gives generous smithing exp. /two cents

Ask for what you want. Don't come wining about us giving you the most efficient way of doing something when you bloody asked for it. If you want fun go do whatever the hell you want and don't waste our time and space on these forums. And pacman, I was not giving him crap about not making 100 k/hr. I was pointing out that almost anything you do, even if its "for fun" will make often more than double that. Its called hyperbole, in this case used to show that superheating being expensive is not a viable excuse for not doing it. Finally OT: since this is now about how you can have the most fun, give me all your cash and noteable items. The feeling of fun is beyond anything you've ever felt before. Then go skydiving on crack.

If you can't afford to superheat you must make less than 100 k/hr. Which basically means you don't herb farm, use mtk, or do any dailies. Banking with anything less than a yaks worth of gold isn't worth it, the lost time/exp just isn't justified.

*ponders the reasoning for asking in help and advice knowledge that hasn't happened yet* In all seriousness we don't know the future. Common sense economics will say that as supply increases (more ways of getting prayer exp) and demand stays the same the price will go down. But none of us can know that demand will stay the same for any number of reasons so just have patience and wait to see.
