  1. Hunter is very fast exp too.
  2. Yeah, that's about it. I'm just doing it to trim my dragon pickaxe. And it is a little more afk than LRC, so it really isn't a pain to play other games while it mines away.
  3. Actually, it is a simple task. Combat skills are by far the easiest, most profitable, and most enjoyable skills to train. Dungeoneering is exceedingly fast exp, and is also a fun skill to train.
  4. It is very afkable, just bad exp. I was playing Mount and Blade: Warband while I mined.
  5. No sir, they are not. Trust trades are trust trades by their very natures.
  6. I will make you a deal you cannot refuse.
  7. The cape means you have not only mastered all combat arts, but you have fought some of the toughest bosses on runescape. If anything, it should also give skill bonuses.
  8. Look, the Godfather and his cleaners are here! This is all an obvious hoax, speak nothing of it or else... They'll make you a deal you can't refuse!
  9. You're not forced to do anything. There are so few people who can wear a cape that it will never be a requirement for high-end competition.
  10. I would fully support this. I've hosted a few dice games as well, 55x2. Ended up losing some, but it was fun.
  11. Emergent gameplay at its best! No better role playing than actually having a dirty cop.
  12. I completely agree with the first article, we share some of the thoughts. The second doesn't seem much like an article, more like a piece of fanfiction. Which is fine, but when I hear "article" I don't really think of fanfic.
  13. I don't see the point of pmods in the first place. It's not like jagex bans bots or reads reports.
  14. Reading comprehension fail.
  15. Read what I said more carefully. I won't deny that it might be fun for some, but it is a stupid thing to do.
  16. No matter what you think, killing somebody 20 to 1 isn't a form of PvP, it's more of a form of hitting the dummies in lumbridge. Sometimes the dummies run, but if you aren't a dummy yourself, the dummy always loses. In any case, only cowards, wanna be "pro pkers", and idiots do it. And that's not flaming, it's characterization based on facts, i.e. telling an orange man that he is orange. Sure, you can kill rev hunters for fun, but that does not mean you are not an idiot for doing it. a) You do not profit. In fact, sometimes you lose money by doing it. b) You drive the price of PvP equipment up. You may not use it right now, but if you someday want to, remember; It is priced like it is due to your "fun", that profited you 50k/h before. c) There is no challenge, it's like fishing in a barrel. With dynamite. And people who fish in a barrel aren't really fishers. d) There are plenty of alternatives to it, that bring you the same and/or more profit.
  17. They said to think of it as such.
  18. Maybe he really hates gnomes?
  19. Varrock chest will most likely be superior to the gold plate. Hopefully the exp boost won't be a set effect.
  20. Doubt that the pants and the top are part of the set, they don't match with the gloves and boots.
  21. How was the attack formula deduced? I'd love to know that.
  22. That still works, at low level play. I used to do that too, when I started. Sadly, progression between skills is too amorphous, and you cannot be self sustainable at mid-high levels because some skills just don't level up fast enough. That's where the grind comes from, in my opinion.
