I tried to fix my laptop keyboard again (second attempt) and couldn't quite get it. There's a cable connection the motherboard to the keyboard which is locked away underneath another metal sheet, which is partially covered by the motherboard. Even with taking the peripherals off, I don't see how to get it. There are also some wired components and I'm unsure if I can disconnect those without breaking them. I put it back together and then the touchpad and wifi wouldn't work...and so had to take it apart again, reconnect the touchpad and slide the wifi adapter back in. What a fantastic Saturday morning. I think I'll have to go ask the computer person in our department and see if they can get further with it

My laptop keyboard is having issues so I ordered a new one and I'll be performing open heart surgery on my laptop if it gets there tomorrow like USPS says it will. And not a moment too soon, a s e keys are all having problems/flying off and left ctrl has been dead for months.

Hmm, I tried to look on their website but it's just sending me in circles there, so I'd recommend either tweeting @JagexSupport (it may require some persistence to get help), posting on Reddit, or contacting them through this form (fill out as much as you can and explain the issue in the final box. Make sure to let them know you do not remember either the login or registered email to your account but you do have authenticator. Hopefully, they'll be able to at least give a hint about the email on it and maybe that can help jog your memory so you can get into it :).

I'm a little bit confused as to the situation - are you currently able to log in to the game? Do you by any chance remember the email you have your account registered to, which may be different than the email you use to log in?

You can buy an antenna and get pretty decent public TV on it still. How did you get it home anyway?

Most encounters are not really that risky as long as you have a contingency plan. Graves last a very short amount of time, but using various teleports you can usually get back there in time. Other bosses are very predictable and there should be no real reason to die - if you run out of food you can teleport out. For example, king black dragon, mole, GWD1 are all pretty doable, with the latter being the best potential for money. There is a second god wars dungeon with more challenging mechanics and a miniquest that unlocks a teleport there, as well as the newest boss, Telos. There isn't a whole lot of new gear from the last 6 months aside from a set of new weapons released along with Telos. I could go on for a while but maybe I could pm you ingame sometime if you would like, might be more helpful.

That's really odd, maybe tweet/post on Reddit if that is available to you and ask what additional information they might need? But it seems that credit card info or earlier passwords should be enough so I'm kind of stumped as you are. Maybe a Jmod can suggest some other info you can add for another appeal.

Yeah hopefully it'll help, sounds like someone hijacked it and went on a forum spamming spree. Email is generally no-go, to the best of my knowledge one of their public emails bounces and the other is just ignored.

First off, have you logged in to your account settings (via website) to view the details of it? You should check there to see if it was indeed something you said or if someone else hijacked your account. Even if it was something you said though, since it's a mute you may be able to get it lifted if you make a compelling case to Jagex - either Reddit or Twitter and asking them may work, with some persistence. I wouldn't recommend trying to pass it off as a hijacker if it was indeed you though. They will see through it rather quickly.

Staves have become two-handed weapons, so you cannot simultaneously equip both a staff and a shield. Alternatively, you could use a wand and the shield if you want to use magic. You could also use super-antifires and should be fine with a staff, if you meet the requirements to make them (85 Herblore and starting the golem quest).

Have you completed the quest "Goblin Diplomacy?" You need to do that one to unlock the emotes and proceed, even though it lets you start The Lost Tribe anyway.

What does this mean? I literally worded that in the worst way possible. There are a few reasons i can't really explain (because either i don't understand them myself or i forgot them), but one of the other things is that there are a lot of applications for Apple products that are very helpful/convenient for pilots whether they're training or established Airline Pilots. A lot of these applications, as far as i know, are not available (yet) for other phones. Please tell me you're not flying with Apple Maps...

How so did you break it? I see nothing broken. 4 dead end doors, no way to proceed so I had to quit.
