I honestly think it's a complete joke how the universities are allowed to set up this whole kangaroo court system for sexual assault and related matters, and then try to put responsibility on the staff and faculty. It's pretty clear that this should be delegated to a real police department and court, and handled appropriately there. But I think they want to try and suppress it because it would be incredibly bad publicity for half the athletic team to be in trouble.

That's nothing, they named a whole HOUSE in Old School after me... Anyone ever been sold counterfeit stuff on eBay? Thinking of buying some flash drives but the price is suspiciously low and I don't want to go through a ton of headache or paying return shipping to get my money back if it turns out not to be legit.

-1 (or 0 in NXT) is just a placeholder and means it hasn't been tested yet or it timed out. It has to go through and ping each server individually in sequence (generally several times and take an average) and that takes some time. If you hit refresh at the top you can see the list being populated.

How about we stop completely subsidizing the corn industry so that we can stop stuffing everything with high fructose corn syrup and maybe 600,000 people won't die of heart disease every year God, Central-Western Nebraska would just disappear. Like, there's only 6 people living there as is, what would they do if farming were suddenly not profitable? I thought we were paying a substantial amount in farm subsidies so farmers do not grow as much corn and other food intentionally. Or do I somehow have it backwards?

I don't know what they are on about either. The stuff was on CNN for a week+ solid and to the point where it was starting to make me feel depressed after many of these. I'm not sure how else they could cover it more extensively. If anything they underreport terrorism incidents in non-Western countries. I'm not surprised about the drought of tourists though - who wants to be caught up in the aftermath and confusion of one of these attacks? At this point it requires another level of accounting for more time, money, travel insurance and most people will just go somewhere else.

Which client are you playing, the legacy one or NXT? It sounds odd, I have Firefox open in the background all the time, and never have an issue. Unfortunately it could be any number of things and it's hard to tell, especially without your system specs...might want to try posting those and/or sending Jagex a support ticket. Hopefully they can suggest something.

If you have an account from some years ago, all of your stats and items will be on RuneScape 3, and you have to start over with blank stats on OSRS. To see your stats and stuff you would need to log in through the RS3 client, either NXT or legacy, which you can get from the website. There are services that will trade gold in some ratio from one game to another, but this is done as a trust trade and at your own risk.

I suspect a more public culprit along the lines of Wayback Machine. As far as I'm aware old avatar images aren't stored anywhere and it just wipes them.

They could (hypothetically) just tack it on to whatever replacement event as for some of the more recent holiday event rewards, or have the outfit show up in a store somewhere, or make a quest/miniquest out of it as a one-off. The ourfit wouldn't have to disappear or be gated to playing during certain years. One good benefit of it is that it does get rid of that notification message every few minutes. :shades:

I'm not sure about the first, but abilities generally deal the same damage with the same tier weapon. One change cancels out another. An offhand weapon adds to your base damage, so it is indeed additional damage compared to just a main hand. The base damage is the same for main hand + offhand as 2h though (barring the access to different abilities).

I have some bad news and some worse news for you. Bad news: 8 down, (at least) 1,453 days to go. Worse news: even if Trump were somehow removed from power, Pence would be next. Unlike Trump, it is quite clear that he is much more ideological and would pursue the same sort or more extreme hardline policy. The rhetoric might be less stark but I don't see that it would be much of a difference; in fact, the agenda would just progress more smoothly.
