When I looked at my hiscores more consistently I noticed the same effect. I discussed this with a friend and we concluded it must be some combination of Jagex banning that many bots and F2P/inactives dropping off the hiscores.

I guess it's still using the old Evolution of Combat formula :P. I'll see about getting this passed on to someone who can fix it XD.
