Virtually all of those items are reclaimable from various sources for a small or zero fee. For example, the frog mask can be bought from Iffie in Thessalia's shop for 500 coins. The book is an unholy book, otherwise known as Zamorak's Book of Chaos, and can be reclaimed (on members) for free. It's essentially worthless now though, member or not. You would probably want to keep the ring of kinship as it provides a handy teleport nearby to a bank and is of course needed if you want to train Dungeoneering. If you want to destroy it for space, though, you can easily acquire another by sailing there again. I don't quite recognize what the gear is toward the right of the third row in tab 2 - perhaps it's more old holiday event stuff. For future reference if you withdraw stuff from the bank and check right click options, most event stuff will have a destroy option, and if you click it will ask you to confirm and remind you that you can get it back from a certain NPC. Hopefully that helps!

Moving this over to Help & Advice where it is better suited. :) F2P has indeed changed a lot. A few of the quests have been reworked or even replaced with new ones (RIP, Romeo & Juliet, no pun intended). Fishing lobsters is really rather mediocre but I suppose it gets the job done if you want to earn some fishing and cooking xp and hang out. More or less the same goes for woodcutting. Mining iron, fletching headlessarrows, or telegrabbing zamorak wines in the captured temple can make decent cash, or killing cockroach soldiers in the dungeon underneath Edgeville if you want to do something combat related. Rune armor is still the best melee armor for F2P in the affordable range. There is corrupt dragon - which degrades to dust after 30 minutes - and the gud raider chainbody, which does not degrade, has a strength bonus and the same stats as rune plate, and requires 55 defense. It costs some number of millions street price though. For Ranged, green and blue d'hide are both F2P now, green d'hide at 40 defense, blue at 50. On the magic side batwing is the best for your current level, and then mystic when you level up to 50. To learn combat I would highly suggest you visit the Combat Academy by Lumbridge lodestone and work through that tutorial. Or you could continue playing on Legacy, which emulates the old style of combat, which I think you are on now from your picture. In general EoC performs much better for most combat, once you learn how to use it.

If they don't state anything about EoC or Legacy then it shouldn't change your settings when you world hop. The flags indicate which country the servers are in - often a server in your country or in the UK will have less latency/better ping.

It will say "Legacy Only" or "EoC only" on those worlds in the world description of that row, in between the number of players and the type (free/members). For example: W33 is "Legacy only - Player Killing." It should in fact ask to confirm that you want to go to a Legacy- or EoC-only world before hopping to one of those worlds due to a recent update.

Did you accidentally turn on Legacy? If you press Esc, Game Settings > Gameplay Settings and untick the two boxes 'Legacy Combat Mode' and 'Legacy Interface Mode' you can get it back to EoC. My guess is that you may have accidentally gone into a legacy-only world which forced the change. Let me know if you need any more help :).
