  1. 22,073. We missed you Devnull!!
  2. No, and honestly I don't blame them for it. There are too many issues with potentially doing it.
  3. Welcome to the forums! I hope your computer issues are resolved soon so you can play again :).
  4. For anyone who is interested, just a heads-up: From the update post here.
  5. You need to embed the direct image link rather than the link it gives you. Right-click the image on that page and click 'Copy Image URL', and then paste it: [img=http://i.imgur.com/6sfqi6C.png] The format of the link that it gives originally is blocked just in case of IP farming and unscrupulous things like that.
  6. Yeah, if you have 120M definitely buy those, maybe even Torva when you get to higher levels. You do have to pay to repair it though so Bandos is probably better (and sufficient) for your needs now.
  7. Net worth of only 3k? If you mean that literally I would suggest buying p ess and crafting runes, assuming you have a reasonable runecrafting level. Buy around 100, make nature/law runes and repeat. Once you have a reasonable amount you can attempt the vis wax daily and resell broad arrowheads from the two slayer master shops, and go from there until you get enough for say a dragon chain set and kill dragons, and so on. If you don't have 50 Runecrafting, go through the green portal on the top floor of the wizard's tower and train there, which should be relatively quick. Talk to Wizard Finix there for a tutorial. In terms of gear, GWD are decent but not really superior. For your level, a godsword and bandos armor are the best but you'll be looking to upgrade that eventually. Saradomin godsword is much better since it has a healing effect with its special, eliminating the need for food much of the time. I can lend you one if it'll help out. If you're interested in doing range/magic too (which may be necessitated by Slayer tasks), there is cheap equipment in those corners of the combat triangle readily available. Royal d'hide is very cheap for ranged, and mystic or groflic works for magic. Grifolic does degrade but you'll likely outgrow it before you use up a full charge in any case.

I check TIF after half a day away from it, 50 notifications. You were busy.
  9. Congratulations on your idea making it into the live game! I'm enjoying it as well ;).

There are certain, shall we say, loopholes. Have you heard of "fantasy football?" That is, American football.
  11. Both free players and members can trade them for GP, as long as they are in tradeable form - as yours should be since you just bought it. I've never bought bonds with cash, but if it is in the bond pouch it will be accessible through the button at the bottom-left of the inventory: The left icon would then presumably say 1, and you can right-click on it and withdraw your bond to your inventory, and then sell it or do as you like. Hopefully that helps :).
  12. You might want to add some timers (pending.me.uk) when times get closer, to help people less familiar with different time zone conversions. And it's your name for the FC, right? I'll see if I can stop by at some on my P2P account and hopefully we can get some loots! ;)
  13. There isn't really much that you can level up to boost your earnings on F2P, sadly. Assuming you're banking in the resource dungeon underneath Falador, that is the fastest you're going to get. Telgrabbing wines of zamorak may be a good bit faster, if you can fight off bots or manage to find an empty world. The only thing that might help would be getting 85 (84 with Dwarven stout) mining for runite. You could also give runecrafting fire runes a shot. You'll make more gp as you get higher runecrafting. I'm not sure how it stacks up with iron - probably similar. You can use clan vexillum/ring of kinship to bank and Al Kharid home teleport to get relatively close to the altar. Regarding etiquette it's mostly up to the individual player. People try to crash or get crashed at that spot all the time. Just bear in mind not everyone you see there is an actual player.
  14. It would be hard to say precisely without seeing it but usually there's a way to trigger a manual release, like a small indentation. That is, assuming right-clicking and hitting eject on the drive in Computer or whatever won't work.
  15. Darkscape is hardcoded to give 1.3x xp for F2P - so actually, you are getting the XP that's intended. If you want to petition them to change it to a flat 1x for F2P though, by all means don't let me stop you! :P
  16. 1) It's sort of an AFK and slow grind thing. You just go to certain spots at given levels, harvest from wisps, and turn them. Occasionally you get chronicles redeemable for Hunter XP as well. It isn't really all that complicated - there are a couple of summoning familiars that can assist you if you have requirements, but that's about it. There is also a useful Distraction & Diversion called Guthixian Caches that can get you some experience each day for playing, and temporary buffs. I would recommend taking advantage of that to its full potential and pacing yourself accordingly if you really want to avoid the grind. 2) Ports is worth doing if you want higher level armor and want to go boss. I could be wrong, but I don't think it's absolutely necessary by any means if your sole ambition is to chase the quest cape. After all you can spend a few hours killing things and earn cash for a degrade-to-dust T90 set instead if you really needed it. But then again, might be worth doing. Herb runs can still make a decent profit. You can do broad arrowheads, vis wax, and wicked hood runs as additional dailies to make more. There are probably even more/are often improved if you have completed more tasks and achievement diaries around RS, so perhaps someone can fill in a little more for me. 3) Frost dragons should be nice and steady, assuming you have 85 Dungeoneering. You should be able to bring a war tortoise and minimal food, along with notepaper, and camp there quite a bit. Other than that, GWD or just Slayer can be a decent option, but that might be about it. KQ, chaos elemental, or barrows are certainly possible, but each have their own issues and are not really up to par in loot. 4) Acquire a set of drygores, bandos, armadyl, subjugation, rcb, and armadyl battlestaff or virtus wand/book would be what I would recommend to stay in that budget. 5) Abilities from The World Wakes are useful to go unlock, as well as ones from post-Dig Site. Talk to the archaeologist to get them - you meet all requirements. The dragon rider necklace is a decent item for all-around necklace slot, and is obtained off One of a Kind, another quest. The asylum surgeon's ring from completing certain challenges in yet another quest (Broken Home) is a useful ring that has a chance to use no adrenaline on a threshold ability and has good strength bonuses in all three classes. Legacy mode functions okay for most routine combat, but EoC pretty much outclasses it for almost everything except abyss training for barrage/chinning. I do not have much experience with Legacy mode so I am unsure how much of a handicap it is, but I would advise you to give EoC a try.

The infinitive "to be" (ir) is highly irregular in both languages - interesting how that carried over :P.
