If you mean the Jatizso elite mining section, you need Fremennik sea boots 4. Otherwise please do give some more details :).

If you legitimately owned those items they have no right to give them to someone else. Legally, you would be entitled to take them back. Whether it's worth your while to do so is another question. And then you can call the morning news and get on TV! :rolleyes:

One small caveat with that plan is that sign and portent of item protection do not actually work in PvP areas (i.e. the wilderness) even for a PvM death. But I think penance + item protection should save 1 item even if you get skulled, since it would keep enough prayer points, right?
