Hmm, I do think they had another contact form last year at that same link, but now it goes to the account recovery form instead. I'll dig around for it a bit and see if I can find it, but they may have discontinued it. Regarding recovery questions, if you didn't set them/don't remember, is there a tick box to check above them? They do use an automated system to mostly sort them so that might automatically toss them :S.

Firstly as much as we would like to help, we are not Jagex so we have no jurisdiction over recovering RS accounts. Also, it's not generally a good idea to post all those details in a public forum because someone else might do something unscrupulous with it, like try to take it back themselves. That is a subjective question I guess. Cutting 5 gems here and there when you get them for free will take quite a long time to get anywhere. Some people attempt to buy gems in bulk to train Crafting quickly. Of course I say attempt because G.E quantity limits make it difficult to hoard up the quantity of gems that you need. If you want to train Crafting, I'd just dump them all on the G.E and then use cash to train with one of the cheaper methods. For example, most gold jewellery (uncut gem + bar -> finished product) seems to run a profit. You would have to check that those can be sold effectively or alched though, as some of them have slim markets. And oh yes, it would have been grand to swim in emeralds. Where were you? :P

Well looking at RS Wiki it seems they have three phases. First you have to hit through their armor with dragonbane - everything else, including melee damage, is drastically reduced. Then they fly into the air so melee becomes useless for that phase of the fight. When they land I suppose you could finish them up with melee if you want. Still though, you need to specify what tier of gear you are using (Dragon? Bandos? Torva?) and which weapons for anyone to give a reasonable estimate. I haven't fought them but melee looks like a very bad idea here.
