That sounds about right for minimum wage, but there are all sorts of loopholes to (legally or illegally) to force people's wage lower. I'm pretty sure waiters and people providing services are one of those exceptions.

Many places will actually automatically include a tip for large parties (6-7+)...I suppose not wherever you went though :P. And well yeah, they're making $2-3/hr probably, after bringing you all that stuff back and forth for an hour or two, you would probably be pretty ticked off too upon receiving nothing.

That's very odd. She's right there for me in that spot... By the way British numbering convention counts ground floor, first floor, second floor, etc., just in case you weren't aware, but you are in the right spot. I have seen graphical issues with RuneScape before but never an entire NPC missing. The only things I can think of is maybe she disappears in the middle of some quest, or you are experiencing a graphical glitch. Maybe try changing some graphics settings, and if still nothing, send a bug report in?

You cannot. It is no longer possible to join the RSC community. I thought you could still log in to RSC servers if you had an account way back then, or gained access to them during one of the periods they opened it?

Jagex added stats to the beach (or at least, this is the first I heard of it). Right click the lifeguard and click stats to see some useful information... Except of course for a couple small technicalities. The kills is not kills, it's min{actual kills, 50}. The ice cream is dead wrong - maybe they started the counter on Saturday, otherwise I have no idea. And I'm guessing that the thermometer has the same glitch as the kills, but as you can see I'm not quite there yet.

There should be a small icon, probably in the middle of the screen, fading in and out that shows the invitation. Click on it to join :). More precisely, it will be wherever the 'Group Invitations' HUD is set in your layout - you can move it as usual in edit mode. When you click on it, you will get a popup prompting you to accept or decline. Check the box if you want to ensure you see the popup in the future rather than that tiny icon: Not the best system in my opinion, since it doesn't even show up in game messages if on filter, nor is there even any message to click there when it does show up! But there you have it.
