  1. Even for a girl that's pretty unhealthy weight unless you're 4'10" girl. You should eat more.
  2. A HIIT session involves a warmup period, several short, maximum-intensity efforts separated by moderate recovery intervals, and a cooldown period. The period of alternating effort and recovery intervals typically lasts a total of 15 minutes. Directly from Wikipedia.org. So what you should do is, warm up, sprint as fast as you can, for as long as you can, recover until you think you can sprint again, repeat. Once you're done, cooldown. Whole process shouldn't take more than 15 minutes. Try to get a stopwatch or a timer to make sure you're within the 15 minute period, and to time your rests. If you cannot get a stopwatch, you can try this. Find a running track. Sprint during the long stretches, and jog slowly in the turns, or take a short rest. Do a few rounds of that. I first heard about it on my other favourite forum, bodybuilding.com. A lot of people there advocate HIIT for cutting, and it's proven to work. Of course, you're gonna eat much more healthy too. Try not to eat Maccas and drink beers, however, it's good to "Cheat" at least once a week so you don't go crazy. Just find one meal per week to binge on whatever the hell it is you crave. Remember these things are important to burn fat and maintain whatever muscle you have. -Eat Clean -Eat high protein food -Eat in caloric deficit (<200-500 of your maintanence level) -HIIT. -Eat 6-8 times a day to keep your metabolism high.
  3. High Intensive Interval Training(HIIT) Is much more useful than long distance jogging.
  4. For sprinting, do lots of explosive exercises. Explosive Squats, Power Cleans, Clean and Jerks etc. These work on your leg's explosive power. Do weight lifting and lots of running. You should also work on your core because that's very important. Do weight ab exercises and don't forget your obliques. A strong upper body is also needed for sprinting.
  5. Simple. Restrict Carbs. Calorie Deficit(500 cals below maintainence) HIIT. (Search it up)
  6. People saying they eat a lot and are still skinny don't really eat a lot. I eat 6-8 times a day, 3500+ calories per day. I try to eat healthy but I just stuff myself with whatever's available.
  7. Well I have about 1k free SMS. Back when I had lots of time I could rack up 1-2k messages. Now I average about 500-700 messages a month. I prefer texting to calling, it's just like that.

I know A LOT about health, I know more than some dietetists I have meet, so you better have some solid arguments other than Omgz softdr1inkz are g00d for u everyone is l1eng. I'm not arguing here. I'm just stating out that your ignorant, pompous self is annoying. Soft drinks are bad in excess, but nothing's wrong with drinking one or two per week. You make it sound as if everyone else who doesn't drink water exclusively is going to have diabetes. Anyway, thank goodness I stopped drinking soft drinks excessively. I'm on a clean bulk diet but I still drink like 2 liters of milk a day, cuts out the craving for soft drinks.
