Worst thing you can do is cardio when you're underweight. It only burns your muscles and fat so you lose even more weight. Best you can do is do resistance training with weights. Do full body exercises like Squats, Deadlifts, and Bench Presses. Include Military presses too(A good exercise programme would be Rippetoe's) Basically this programme increases muscle mass in a short amount of time and is very good for beginnners. Diet is also very important, you should be taking in a lot of carbs and proteins. Mainly 1g of protein for every 1lb of your weight. So if you're like 125lbs, take 125 of protein per day. Eat in excess of around 4000 calories if you want to gain weight. Do remember that you SHOULD NOT overtrain yourself. Give your muscles enough rest between sessions or you're just losing more muscle than you buid up. Also, invest in a gym membership or soemthing, unless you have a personal gym at home, body weight exercises won't do jack for you.

What does going to a rich school or having a car have to do with benching? I take a bus ride 30 minutes to the nearest gym every alternate day to work out. My school has a gym, but all 5 Polytechnic Institutes in Singapore have them.

Best thing you can do is push ups for your pecs. However, if you really want to build up your pecs, you HAVE to either invest in a gym membership or some gym equipment, push ups aren't going to be enough.

physical fitness question
You can't reduce fat in one area, you have to do cardio, and clean up your diet. Do not do abdominal exercises if you want to lose them fat, all you do is build up your abs and make you look fatter, since ab work doesn't make you lose fat, all it does is build up your muscles. Or try bulking up? ;)

Braces for a year and two months now. Might be removing it in May\June. Then retainers! Can't wait to remove em'.

Early bird or late owl?
I'm a late owl. I have no problems staying awake for more than 30 hours usually. (Though, after 24 hours or so, I start to become a little unhinged)

I don't like to judge, but seriously, how old are you? Life isn't all that simple. Lets take your Runescape -> Real Life analogy. You can't apply "Buying a Santa Hat" akin to an investment in real life. Stocks rise and fall, Santas rise and fall, yes, but they eventually go up. Stocks do not eventually, 100% guaranteed return you a profit. If you do get a profit, then good for you, you were in luck. There are ways, yes, to predict the stock market, but they aren't always 100% guaranteed predictions. What you're saying here, is that you want to put your future into the hands of luck. With a degree, you have broader horizons, more opportunities. Sure, get a degree, get a well paying job, then use that money to invest. Even if your investments fail, you still have your degree, don't you.

Mainly. T-Shirts with cool graphics and sayings. Tight T-Shirts. Wifebeaters. Jeans. Sports Jackets Khakis Sandals. I try to mix and match being comfortable and looking good at the same time. (And I do the latter especially well, ;))

Has the game become to easy?
I don't know how people can get lost, really. Even in RSC, there were signs telling you where the next town was. Whenever I was unsure where I was, I used the signs. Even then, there was a world map. However, in almost every aspect, the game has become much easier. Prayer was the last 99 that anyone achieved, look at how many people have 99 prayer now. More ways to collect herbs = cheaper herbs = "Easier" to level herblore. Cook-x, fletch-x. So many more ways I could list down, but that'll take forever.

Personally, I feel the Gallardo betrays the Lamborghini Heritage of being mad, outrageous supercars. Of course it's sensible, it's easier to live with, than say a Countach, but that's not why you buy a Lamborghini. Now that Gallardo Spyder... Sexy.

What Exercise do YOU do?
Do you have weight plates? Or dumb bells? With weight plates you could do weighted push-ups with your legs on a high surface so your body is parallel to the ground. This trains your triceps, and mainly chest. With Dumb bells, you have a lot more options, you could do Shoulder presses, Bicep curls etc. All the best with your weight lifting :P It must suck to not have the gym open..
