  1. Adrenaline Rush? Playing in the Finals of a 9-Ball Pool competition held recently with a National Coach watching you play. Of course, I always get an Adrenaline Rush when I'm maxing out on my Deadlifts and Bench Press. I don't Max out my squat cos it's pitiful :(.
  2. Whoa, they have roads fit for F1 here?
  3. Lol at Lovelydude.
  4. Lol @ Some replies. What's most important is diet. Not 1 million sit ups.
  5. Just don't get a 6 pack and not develop all the other parts of your body. Right now I don't have a 6 pack because I'm bulking and I'll be bulking for a long while so I guess I've gotten used to not seeing a 6 pack. I don't even want a fully defined 6 pack. I find that a slightly faded 6 pack looks better.
  6. All you need are heavy deads, bench, and squat and you're good to go. Add some heavy Barbell Rows and wide grip pull ups for a big strong back.

 I am 5'7" and I weigh 130 none of it being fat. Unless your a girl, thats really light. Even for a girl that's too light.
  8. Back then Andrew and Paul were like part of the RuneScape family. Now they seem to have alienated the players. :( I miss the old days. Back then full addy and rune were unheard of since they weren't even part of the game.
  9. Depends on what group of friends I'm with, since I mix around with a lot of people. Though there aren't any chavs here, there's just poser gangsters around which annoy the hell out of me. I guess if I'm with my old school classmates then there'd probably be a fight if they tried to lay their hands on any of us since they're pretty tough, and have the "We-don't-take-crap-from-people" kind of people.
  10. Favourite Player of all time? I guess Ryan Giggs or Paul Scholes. Two of the best midfielders in the world IMO, even in their old age now they're still great. Favourite player right now has to be Cristiano Ronaldo, no doubt about it. Favourite team? Manchester United. :P *Awaits the ever annoying angryjoe to call them "Scum"*
  11. Har har har. I remember those.
  12. Yeah, I had them fixed January 2006. I'm removing em this year in June or something. Then I'm stuck with those clear retainers.
  13. Yes RCers hate them. So what do we do? We kill them back. What's so wrong with that? Like you said, it's the wild. You act as if its the RC Pker's god given right to PK and not be hated. No, people hate them, so they retaliate. It's part of the game. Deal with it.
  14. You're forgetting Millitary Press for shoulders. Why so many bloody curls? The bicep is a very small muscle, yet you're bombarding it woth 4 variations of the bicep curl, doing what, 2 sets each curl? That's 8 sets. PLUS you work your back in tandem with your biceps (Eg, barbell rows, lat pulldowns, pullups), you're overworking your biceps if you do it all the time.
  15. Dust devils are about as bad as a chance compared to time getting BA points. (some people spend months down there with no luck). :-X Yeah, my friend has been down there almost 14 months straight with no luck (not sure how long each day tho) If your going to lie, at least lie properly. 14 months is a year and 2 months, BA hasn't even being out six months, let alone over a year. Moron.
  16. sum dont have any [bleep] cl00 what YOU want, and dont care if u tell them Oh pl0x, and giving training advice to someone on a forum, without knowing anything about age, weight, condition,... is a good idea? Messing about on your own in a gym on a regular basis is generally a bad idea, unless you know your st00f. teh regular citizen should have a trainer give them advice about a training program, not just adjusted to your needs and desires, but mostly adjusted to your abilities. If said trainer doesn't take it seriously, he's doing a bad job and you should change trainer/gym. Most of what T-Roach says can be backed up from credible sources from the bodybuilding.com forum.. Most trainers are garbage, the ones here tell me not to squat below parallel cos it gives you knee problems. Right..

Why aren't you out drinking? You fail as an Aussie :P Ever come to think he lives in the U.S? The drinking age is 21 here. Lol.
  19. You wanna see? http://forum.bodybuilding.com/forumdisplay.php?f=10
  20. Lol. Conclusion based on ONE fact. What about all the countless 6 feet tall giants who started bodybuilding at 12-13?
  21. Hobbit, stop spreading lies. Bodybuilding will not stunt your growth unless you have improper form. Take a quick tour around the Teen Bodybuilding forum, there's 14-15 year old kids who've been working out for 2+ years, and they're mostly 5'10" and above, weighing about 180+ lbs. There's even a 13 year old kid who's like 5'3" and is pretty ripped. Bodybuilding isn't for posers, you bleedy imbecile. Bodybuilding is about the image. In a bodybuilding competition you don't see them lifting any weights do you, it's about how you look to the judges. You want to lift heavy, do powerlifting. Btw, again, if you want strength, do high weight, low reps. That's why Rippetoes and 5x5 only makes you do 5 reps per set, but increase the weight it every workout. Doing low weight, high reps, at most gives you muscular endurance.
  22. Eat BIG, Lift BIG, Sleep BIG, Grow BIG. Also if you Squat BIG, Bench BIG, Deadlift BIG, you will grow big. Like T-Roach, 5x5 or Rippetoes, but to be honest those are mainly strength programs, not for hypertrophy. However they give you a good strength base so that you can move on to HST or Hypertrophy 2.0. You could try a body part split. Monday - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps. Wed - Back, Bis Fri - Leg Day Of course those routines can help you so much, your diet is important, you must eat in caloric excess and take in about 1.5g of protein per 1lb of body weight. You could invest in a Whey Protein shake if you're really interested, gives you a good boost of protein right after your workout since that is the time where your body is most anabolic and ready to take in protein. Since Whey is digested quickly, it's the most suited as a PWO shake. Just remember, in BBing, more does not always equal better. Be sure to let your muscles rest before hitting the weights again, and to USE PROPER FORM. Visit http://www.bodybuilding.com if you need more advice.
  23. I always hoped JaGeX would halve the experience gotten at Pest Control since it's absolutely ruined what it means to be a high level. Why I think Pest Control is bad? Absolutely no risk at all. No supplies needed. Not even good armour needed, when I went to a PC world all I saw were people in Initiate or proselyte. How hard is it to get any of those armours. And for all this No Risk, No Supplies BS, it is ALSO the fastest combat experience in the game.
  24. I'm on my laptop now, can't really take the test since I don't like the keyboard. This is a very old one I did.
  25. Does anyone else find Defender infuriatingly annoying? My only first-hand experience with death was my grandmother's, she died in her room. It was pretty sudden. Sad part was she died alone, she was asleep, and all of us were busy doing our own thing. Good thing was that she died pretty peacefully, she just slipped away in her sleep, after years of suffering.
