Yes. My dad was invited to the beta a few months ago, he has some connection to the guy who developed this... (and he uses a mac) Interesting program nonetheless. There's lots of music you'd not find anywhere else on the internet. And the search function is incredibly fast.

Woot. So Uular is back with a new blog. I've been quite bored with RS lately, and I probably will be in the future too. But the hell with that, I jut got myself a new challenge. I've long criticized myself for being a quest noob, and with the recent exciting addition of the While Guthix Sleeps quest, I realised I was missing all but 2 of the required quests for the new big one, and many of the prerequisites for those, so.... Makes sense, but it still doesn't change my mind about how many whiny people and kids there are. The misbehaving minority is the one standing out, "good" posts aren't special enough to be speculated about on a fansite forum.

I think the main issue is the poor moderation of the forums. On Tip.It, we have the easy report function which will get any bad or spammy thread locked/removed within 10 minutes. The RSOF just doesn't have time or crew to fight "spam", and the report system is horrible.

Well, Mod Mark H is a staff guy at Jagex, that's the only thing I can think of to do with RuneScape, this forum might as well just be called RuneScape General Discussion now. Umm.... it IS called "General Discussion" :) It's in the RuneScape category however. And I think this is totally RS related.

Right click GE, "exchange sets" or something. He quoted "this isn't a set item, you can't break it up into component parts" correctly, and the only way to get that message is to do the right thing but with the wrong item. I went to buy my own rune set to check if it's a bug, and unnoting the set was enough troubleshooting. By the way, Help & Advice forum next time.

Fixed. They became so devoted to skilling that they gave up all forms of combat just to skill. It's like getting a 99 on f2p, more respect is given since it was harder to do it. Like that skiller who is level 15 with 99 prayer. To me that is much cooler then a level 138 with 99 prayer. It's quite sad though that the majority of level 3 skillers seem to do it just for attention. They've become way many lately, and getting unpopular. I used to think they were cool like 2 years ago, now most of them are just a pain.

A skiller trains all skills. In my eyes, the ultimate skiller has 99 in everything. A level 3 with all noncombats 99 lacks A LOT, and is no better a skiller than someone with all 99s. They've just made it harder for themselves for "a challenge". Actually, let me rephrase that.... A skiller trains skills for the sake of getting levels, and perhaps maxing out total sometime. They train the skills they want to train, but don't leave out the ones that they might not like that much. Level 3 skillers lie to themselves (and others) saying they don't like combat, but infact they just limit themselves either to "look cool" or more rarely, for a personal challenge. Pures hate training but they want a certain level so they can go pk or whatever.
