I still don't really understand the Prestige thing. If we repeat a floor and I've done that entire themed floor, do I still virtually get no xpl? Or just a little less than normal? *Thinks about repeating floor 45 forever* I'm not one to train dungeoneering much but all these tweaks make me want to go back and try some raiding. Also about the ring of wealth - this update still doesn't effect the unique drops like abyssal whip etc. ey? All I read was it increasing drops from the 'rare' table, so really this update only helps with activities and their rewards I.E. barrows/pyramid plunder etc?

As long as it doesn't cause Runescape's updates to take a turn for the worse, i'm all for it.

Bonus xp weekends because it's unexpected, more exciting for me personally, and it gives me the time and freedom to plan out what I want to train.

My idea of a nice smithing update: Augmented weapons with gems that can be attached to armour. These augments would have specific abilties. Some would make weapons deal magic damage, some would increase the attack speed of the weapon... there are no limits here. Rare and in demand augments could be dropped from new high level elemental slayer bosses.

Hi there! I'm going away for a couple days and want to invest in an item before I go (this will be a long term investment). I'm currently searching the Runescape forums as to what -definite- updates we will be getting in the future, so I can decide on what item to invest in. Thanks in advance for your help! Any Quick find codes which confirm future updates (to 'items' specifically, but not limited to) would be greatly appreciated too if you know of/find any ^_^ thanks again!

Hmmm now that I think about it, it would be nice to have some sort of monster with nex-like drops but have a much lower drop rate, such as 1 in 5k for a chance of torva/pernix/virtus armour. The requirement would have to be high - as in level 95-99. I would camp them all day to be honest. Nex is too strong for me :ohnoes:

Melee, only because it's faster to kill things. If Mage wasn't so expensive, I would say byebye to melee because freezing things and stealing health with spells is fun, fun, fun. Fun. Range is too slow for me.

It would be nice to have multiple clues to do at a later time - sort of like effigies really.

I completed the quest needed for the dragon battleaxe :-D I owned in Castle Wars with my dba. Until all the other weapons came along :-P

I would be an assassin warrior :-D me and my virtual 120 master attack cape and almost level 106 slayer

Nice update, wish they would have given us a heads up on how much rune ingots were actually going to cost. Was up till 5am waiting for the update, and only when I am making rune ingots do I realize the 20k smithing xp I received cost me 10M. GF. Not going to do anymore because of this, thanks Jagex.

Does anyone have an update on Torva/Pernix/Virtus prices? I myself have seen the Virtus mask selling for 130M in World 2 today, and quite a few sellers at that o_O Thanks in advance ^_^

Year of the clan content :-( I wish it was year of the fix-what-needs-to-be-fixed year, like no catapult in castle wars, master capes for all skills - providing you have the amount of xp needed for level 120 in that skill etc. etc. For me the best thing of that update is the trees - they look amazing! Like others have said though, the only thing this circus update will do is create an even larger obstacle now between falador and port sarim/rimmington.

Woodcut + hunter done. Still not happy with the brightness of the woodcutting cape and a few other master capes but i'll have to leave them for now. 2 capes to go. Edit: changed the farming cape’s colours. I hope this new look does it justice. Before and after: > Also changed the master smithing cape. Gave a slight brown hue to match the smithing cape's colour rather than just being dark gray, and brightened the trim, as it didn't look right before.

Thanks Miracle, yes I have to work on some afterwards, but right now I have to get them all done before fixing some up :thumbup: @Wolfie yeah I'm only used to hue saturation and hue colours :-/ I'll try and get the brown colours today - thanks!

Hmmm I too would be interested in a price check on torva/pernix/virtus pieces. I've personally been thinking about buying a virtus mask, but by the sounds of it, all pieces are dropping due to more coming into the market. Does anyone know the current prices and when would be a good time to buy a piece? Thanks in advance :)

Aaaargh whenever I have some spare time I keep trying to get the various shades of brown for the master hunting + woodcutting capes, but just can't get the brown colour! I'll keep trying :(
