Becoming members:runecrafting
Get access to Summoning and Herblore with the quests Wolf Whistle and Druidic Ritual so that you are able to use charms and herbs with those skills. You could train Agility in order to help you with all the prolonged running that you'll do with runecrafting. Also start the Temple of Ikov quest to get the boots of lightness (you just have to talk to someone and then go grab them by cutting a spider web with a sharp weapon or a knife) which will help the agility.

For #2, no you won't lose your streak if you swap masters.

How best to use Blast Furnace
Pick numbah 3 mah lord! It's the most cost effective, let me get you the numbers... And what it does for you is it allows you to stay in the blast furnace infinitely until all your noted ores are gone because the bolts stack and only take one space so that you never have to leave. If you can buy the mith and the coal at mid price and then sell the unfinished bolts at mid price you actually get a profit of 6gp per mithril. As for the issue of fletching them, don't bother - just smith if you're smithing, with the GE, the unfinished will sell easily and letch you smith more. What you do want to consider is Stealing Creation. This allows you to double the experience while smithing (but not smelting) so that you can buy many less ores for much more, quicker experience once you get the SC hammers.

Tormented Demons.
Here's a Tormented Demons Solo and Duo Guide for some extra reading to be safe and more efficient, but if you want friends to go with you could maybe look for a clan that does boss monsters.

familiar + agility
Yeah, you would really only need to see the familiar about every minute if you just wanted to talk to it and grab the +2 agility buff once it's worn off, but that might not be worth the time of finding a spot for the familiar to land unless you're struggling with the course. Most courses have a large spot at some point where the familiar could land, like at the beginning or something. Agility potions are also rediculously cheap and the 4 doses will each give a better +3 agility with a little more ease of use, though if you actually are having energy problems and that's what the terrorbird is for, then bringing the bird and the stackable scrolls would be easier than agility pots + energy pots + food (assuming that you've confirmed it can land somewhere on the course).

Quick fishing question
Yeah, there's a chance on someone starting to fish on a spot that they trigger the fishing spot to migrate, so if there are more people the spots will move a little more often, but even if you're all alone the spots will still move within pretty similar time anyways.

Dagannoths task
A cannon in the lighthouse is amazingly quick slayer exp (though can bring complaints from the other people in the world, hehe). There are other Dagannoth that are different than them, such as the ones in Waterbirth who use Ranged attacks instead of melee, and will drop Dagannoth hides for the Waterbirth armors, in addition to just the normal nice drops like in the lighthouse. The other option is to kill them in the Chaos Tunnels, also multicombat like the lighthouse but you can't use a cannon. Here they have more charm drops and some other nice drops, but you really would need to pray protect from range the whole time. These are the same as the Waterbirth Dagannoth, they used ranged attacks and drop the hides and pieces for the rangers' Waterbirth armor, but they drop more charms in the Chaos Tunnels. If you want to do it cheaply you can just kill them like normal monsters with melee in the multicombat and just have some nice armor and some food in the lighthouse and watch someone else do the cannon, hehe.

Slayer xp
thank you However, HP will get 1 exp per damage at the same time that slayer gets 1 exp, so HP and Slayer experience go up evenly (though you will actually get marginally more HP exp because slayer exp technically equals what the monster's HP maximum is, and as you fight a monster you can do more damage than the monster's maximum HP when it regenerates a health or two while you fight it).

Anyone have a good Tormented guide

Fishing
He is only lvl 70, he can't do sharks yet that is the entire point of his post. He only meant those comparisons in the terms of time efficiency of the exp (sharks being horrible exp, and monks being good exp while getting good money, and barbarian fishing being the fastest exp but you'd drop so that you net no money from it). Fly fishing at shilo is now less effictive than the newer barbarian fly fishing if you're going the no money, but fast exp for your time, route.

Is the bounty hunter crater F2P?
You have to go through the Wilderness to get to it (though I forget what level it's at), but once you get to its entrance, it is no longer wilderness and there's a bank in that safe zone. Members can teleport straight to the place without having to go through the Wilderness, but f2p would have to walk through some Wilderness, and could then bank there.

change to a higher lv slayer master?
Yes, go to a stronger master any time that you want. You don't have to use the same master to get the bonus points at the 10-task runs, you only have to have not Burthorped any tasks to get it, and really you would especially want to use the highest master you could on those 10th tasks in order to get the most points on that task.

Level 3 skiller
The only issue is that it could possibly raise your combat level in situations where summoning levels add, but what you'd want to find out is if level 4 is enough to actually do that, and it seems like it would not be, but you'd want to check. You really need confirmation from someone who has done it before (or maybe to spend $5 to check it with a less risky account).

abyssal whip.
It got updated today, and while it may look like a slower attack, it is in fact the exact same speed and stats as before. It looks more dangerous and powerful, though, [bleep]ey whips would seem to hurt more and it is arguably the strongest weapon in the game, hah.

rune scimmy (t)?
Today all the popular weapons got their looks changed in the update, it's just a normal rune scimitar, yah. They changed longswords as well.

Finished Curse of arrav, ask here
This is what Tip.It is for. Note that in order to do that you have to use the Mort'ton Minigame. You'll want to go to Mort'ton on world 77 to do it.

All Stats to 60+
Ah yeah, they're better combat exp but not as good on the actual charm dropping. Another thing you can do is train all the other skills before you finish training summoning with Guthix's Tears and whatnot, haha And Nice!

All Stats to 60+
You're going to want to use the crimson charms to train mainly doing Bloated Leeches, but then you might as well use a ton of gold to make a bunch of Terrorbirds, even if they aren't MUCH exp because they're the best gold exp use, and also utility as pouches, even until past 60. Both the raw bird meat and the raw beef for those two pouches can be bought in Oo'glog (from As a First Resort...) at a shop very close to a bank, if they won't buy on the GE. You really need 620 crimsons to get to 60, though, and each gold is only about 1/3 the experience of a crimson, and note that this would cost 1.8M in shards, but it would only cost 544k if you sell the Bloated Leech pouches back to Bogrog for shards, which you should be able to do by level 55 or 56 -ish. Your stats look high enough to try killing waterfiends, you could check out this link for suggestions on it.

All Stats to 60+
So you want: Summoning from 53 - How many charms do you have? Construction from 50 - Replace oak larders, use an SC hammer and you do half the planks, saving the other 1432 oak planks Agility from 58 - Either Agility arena (120 tickets) or the wilderness course (55 laps) Smithing from 57 - You could quickly do goldsmithing gauntlets, but that's a 745k loss Farming from 55 - Do some tree seeds and herb seeds for the money Herblore from 46 - Ranarrs to prayer pots are supposed to be the most money efficient

Pet Percentage
If you right click the icon you can selet pet details and then it pulls up the old summoning tab, does that work?
-
Gilded altars
You should use mousekeys, as explained in this guide. They let you move your mouse a prescribed distance - the distance down from a right click to the "use" option rather than the bury option - instantly. Not only does it speed up how quickly you can use them, but it'll save you from accidentally burying bones and losing out on the 350% bonuses.

ZMI and Herblore
Here's the link to Zarfot's ZMI strategy guide in his Mega Runecrafting Guide 4, with the tested fastest methods. He explains you'll want to use the bank there because it's cheaper and faster than moonclan, and also that it really speeds it up to fill your bank up before you start.

New icons
You could try a hard refresh, control-f5 I believe?

+12 mage book?
And other than those, there's the Book of Balance for a +4 (just worse than the Unholy Book for offense) and then the only other shield in the game that does a magic attack bonus is a Broodoo Shield for only a +3.
